Last August, I found a coupon for 1 free class to yoga with Erica. As someone who has been going to insanity boot camp classes, I didn't think that yoga was going to do much for my body since it seemed like a slow pace class. I was wrong. I go every Tuesday and Thursday at the Norwood community center and it's my favorite fitness class I've ever taken. Erica is a great teacher, in the beginning I struggled alot with certain poses and balance she always showed me modifications and helped me with my form. Now, 8 months later I am very strong through my arms legs and core and she challenges me every class to push a little harder. She has classes for the young and the old the fit and the people at the beginning of their journey. Definitely check her out!!!

I recently went to a yoga abs class and must admit it was well worth it! The yoga instructor is very tentative and pleasant. I would defiantly suggest that you give Tii-Fit a chance! One class can give you a different prospective on what yoga can do for you!
