Latest Review: She's is a great trainer, full of knowledge ,energy, understanding and nutritional info. I am a middle aged women with more than a few pounds to lose, not only is she encouraging and made me feel comfortable, but she made me realize I can workout harder than I thought I could. Also she is great with modifications for us middle agers, and always offering advice. I love her classes they're tough but you will see results. I would definitely recommend her anyone looking to lose or tone.
