With me having firomoliga body always in pain. I decided get me a massage from Latenia. Was little scared. I would have say she was very considerate of the pain I could tolerate. Some of soreness left. I would highly recommend her BREATHMOVEMENT WELLNES. I plan on getting more.

I really enjoyed training with Elizabeth. I had hit a plateau in my fitness and she was able get me a good training routine which helped propel my level of fitness ASAP!!!. She always gave me good feed back and pointers in my workouts, (correcting my form, speed of my repetitions, and keeping my rest time minimal between exercises). Alyssa is a wonderful Thai yoga massage therapist!! Due to my schedule, and a recent surgery, I have been unable to go back for anothervsessiin, but as soon as I am released from my surgeon, I will be making another appointment!!
