- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When it comes to pricing, I don’t play any games or sales tactics . I’ll consult with you to figure out what exactly is the best fit for you, and then I’ll give you the best price I can do it for. No “calling managers” or “today only” specials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process involves me coming out to your home and discussing your issues and needs. I’ll do an inspection, measure, and count any units you want replaced. From there I’ll discuss design and performance options. After I have an understanding of what you’re looking for, I’ll get the numbers put together for you. Once you’ve decided Homefront is the right fit, we will get the agreement put together and get started on your project.
