Nariman was a great find for my job. I moved into a new house and had upwards of 10 pieces of furniture to build. Not having the time to do it all myself, I contacted Nariman and he responded within 10 minutes and was able to come the next day and build all of my furniture for a great price! He was very professional and punctual throughout the whole process and got the whole job done efficiently and effectively. If you need a job done quick at a good value contact Nariman. He does not speak English well but don’t let that stop you from hiring him. He was easy to communicate with and I would definitely hire him again as a handyman!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can help you for a reasonable $65 ah hour working productively and efficiently. But if the projects runs over 5 hours I offer a special rate of $60. It is also often possible to price a project as a lump sum.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to respond in a timely manner, find a suitable time frame for both parties, find out the address of the customer so I can estimate my arrival time. Then we agree on the price and I confirm the appointment 24 hours before.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in construction for over 15 years, my experience extends overseas and I happy to continue my professional growth in Indiana. I have started on a commercial side of the trade and bringing this knowledge to my residential side.
