- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can help you for a reasonable $65 ah hour working productively and efficiently. But if the projects runs over 5 hours I offer a special rate of $60. It is also often possible to price a project as a lump sum.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to respond in a timely manner, find a suitable time frame for both parties, find out the address of the customer so I can estimate my arrival time. Then we agree on the price and I confirm the appointment 24 hours before.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in construction for over 15 years, my experience extends overseas and I happy to continue my professional growth in Indiana. I have started on a commercial side of the trade and bringing this knowledge to my residential side.
