- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices reflect a competitive rate. Large moving project rates may be based on estimate. Small moving project rates may be adjusted on need, location, and travel. Our moving rates are as follows: $169 per hour/2 men and truck. Deposit based on estimate and time. $189 per hour/3 men and truck. Deposit based on estimate and time. Please contact for additional manpower.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with new customers is the following: 1. Introduction via email, phone, text. 2. Assessment of needs, project size, location, etc. 3. Schedule time to appraise location via face-to-face, web, or using quality pictures. 4. Discuss project and any additional requirements/supplies. 5. Respond to customer with quote (if needed outside of standard rates listed through Thumbtack). Negotiate if required. 6. Schedule and confirm project time and date. 7. Send reminder confirmation text/email/call prior to the scheduled time. 8. Complete Project and address any concerns. 9. Receive final payment 10. Issue customer satisfaction survey and request feedback.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
This company specializes in office furniture installation, residential furniture assembly, and commercial and residential moves. Our staff have over 10 years of hands-on experience and training under leads who have worked in this industry 15 years and more.
