Halston really has made a change for the better since meeting him. He is very knowledgeable about his field of work and strives to learn more and grow within in it for himself and his clients. I am not going to lie it was hard at first having to make that lifestyle change for myself and I slip up here and there. But overall he has helped better myself and help me meet my goals. He isn't just there for the money he genuinely cares about his clients and what their needs are. He pushes you to your full potential in a great way, works with you on any subject from your diet, your form, etc. Overall he is a 5-Star Personal Trainer and you should give him a call you not be disappointed

Dave Grobe is one of the nicest and down to earth trainers I have ever worked with. His knowledge of weight lifting and the mechanics of any given lift shows his dedication and passion for training. His explanations and coaching increased my abilities further than I ever expected for myself. He has a way about him and his teaching style that pushes you to your limit while feeling completely in control. He is big on form and explains how a lift should be done correctly. Thanks a ton for coaching me dave! You rock man!!

I was very pleased when I met Jarred to discuss my exercise and goals that I wanted to achieve. I've never used a personal trainer before and after speaking with Jarred I decided to meet with him to find out what the best route would be for me. What I liked most about our discussion was his energetic demeanor and his ability to take from our conversation the important things that I needed in coming up with an exercise plan. I would definitely recommend Jarred, he's a great listener, I believe he's determined in whatever he sets out to do and I know he will achieve his goals for helping others.

Tony Beers has been my personal trainer for over 8 years. I work out with Tony at the gym 2-5 times a week. Tony is well trained, a listener, honest, straight forward, and caring individual. he designs workout programs and healthy habits (diet, sleep, attitude) based on an individual's needs. He will help you set your goals and attain them. Over time and with age my workouts have changed but I have maintained my health in spite of aging. I highly recommend Tony with no reservations. Tony is well liked, respected and knows most everyone. He is flexible and will meet you, even in your home, to train you at almost any time. my typical workout begins at 6 am. Dr. John Copland

Caleb has trained me in boxing for the last few months and the results have been very good. I am now in great shape and legitmately have learned the basics and some of boxing. Caleb is an actual fighter who has 10 bouts so far. I would definitely recommend training with him. He is a really good trainer and very personable.
