I am a 200-hour and 500-hour Yoga Instructor certified through Yoga Alliance. I also have certifications in prenatal, kids, Ashtanga and Vini Yoga. The styles of yoga I teach include Vinyasa, Hatha, Ashtanga, Prenatal and Restorative to name a few.
Karla Oselka Walsworth is a "200 hour" registered yoga teacher in the Indianapolis area. She is also CPR, AED and First Aid certified.
In addition to offering private yoga classes, Karla also teaches in the Carmel area at Body, Mind and Core, and the Monon Community Center.
Karla is also happy to travel to your place of business to offer lunch time or after work yoga classes for corporations of all sizes.
