I teach the following:
* Kids Yoga - ages 3-8, 9-13. We act like animals in a funny way and the lesson is good for self control, self esteem, better sleep, etc. See benefits for all below.
* Girls Teen Yoga - May be good for menstrual cramps and other benefits below.
* Easy Yoga - Easier than regular yoga, you can get many benefits. See others below.
* Chair Yoga - For those who want some of the benefits of yoga, but don't sit on the floor.
