- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is pretty simple really; We meet and define the scope of the project as we set expectations on both price and availability. Once started; we have an outline of the scope and milestones throughout to meet accordingly until the end walkthrough.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started this business because I had seen how many contractors were over promising and under delivering. I had seen the price gauging and I wanted to fill the gap for a fair price and exceptional work.
