There isn’t a project that Vlad can’t add value too in a timely and affordable manner. I will never hesitate to call these guys in the future and in fact they are my go to electricians now. They could have easily taken advantage of the situation and suggested that we replace fixtures and switches, but they are honest and found that it was a super simple fix. I asked Brad to repair two fluorescent light fixtures in my shop. He was scheduled to arrive at 2PM but didn't show. I called him at about 3PM and found he was delayed. He finally showed at about 4:30 to 5PM. He determined that both ballasts needed to be replaced. Since he didn't have them in his truck, he suggested that I purchase them and he would return on Thursday at 1PM to install them. 1PM on Thursday came and went. No Brad. I eventually called him. He was delayed by another call and had lost my number. He hadn't shown by 4PM and I had to call him to cancel due to a 5:30PM commitment I had. I got his voicemail. I asked him to call me on Friday to reschedule. Friday came and went without a response from him. I am very disappointed that Brad repeatedly failed to show me the courtesy to keep me informed of delays on two successive days. I always had to call him. He then ignored my request to call to reschedule. I believe I bent over backward to accomodate his schedule, despite the significant inconvenience to me. Apparently I became too demanding to be worth his time. I have hired a different electrician to do the job.
