I was honestly scared to hire a home organizer as my house is currently congested with stuff due to hoarding. Not only didn't Kristin mind helping me reorganize my house, but she was also nonjudgmental and extremely sweet! I reached out to 3 different organizers and heard back from Kristen within 15 minutes. She messaged and we called to discuss the project. I had a basement full of boxes from 2 moves in 18 months and a very rough idea of what I was hoping to accomplish. I was very open about the most important part of my project, that being the need for all donated/purged items to leave my home at the completion of the day - that has perpetually been my downfall. We arranged some times to work on the project and she arrived on time and ready to go! She was very professional and brought numerous tools to work and complete the job...leaving me no room for failure! Over the course of our 3 sessions, she removed, transported and donated 3 car loads of goods to various locations - Goodwill/Women's Shelters/Salv. Army, Humane Society, etc. While she respected my decisions, she did firmly nudge me to make decisions, which I tend to avoid/delay...hence ALL the boxes! While I made decisions about minutia, Kristen completed other tasks with labels and sorting that didn't require my attention. It was SO helpful to have someone who seemed to "get it." She was nonjudgemental and empathetic about my previous habits but motivational about the progress that I was making now. I will look for my before/after photos and plan to share them here. I plan to reach out to Kristen in the future for upcoming projects - we worked well together! Thank you, Kristen!

Kristin was very responsive in all of our communications, clear about what she would do, and it was easy to schedule the work. She did a great job getting everything unpacked, sorted, and was a huge help in cutting down on many years of accumulated clutter and unneeded items. She organized things well and even hung some pictures for us. I would highly recommend Kristin to anyone who is unpacking from a move or needs help organizing and putting things away.

Simply amazed. Goals were to purge, organize, and pack prior to relocation. We accomplished these tasks in a basement storage room; two offices; three bedrooms with en suites; and closets.
