Derrick is an outstanding personal trainer!!! His positive attitude and words of encouragment have allowed me to push through my limits and gain results. I've trained with him for a little over a year now, and I can honestly say that I couldn't have done this on my own. Derrick motivated me to get back to my competitive spirit since I am a former collegiate basketball athlete. He also helps me to strengthen my knee by giving me rehabilitation exercises due to having ACL surgery a few years ago. Derrick is the BEST trainer around the Cincinnati area and I look forward to reaching more fitness goals with the support of his expertise.

Joe has been training me at EFF for over a year now and I can honestly say I can't see myself being committed to my own health and fitness with anyone else. The workouts are different every day with a grand variance of equipment that I either didn't have access to or would never have attempted on my own. Joe always pushes me to do my personal best. Along with being very knowledgeable in physical fitness and the necessary dietary needs, he is very accommodating with his schedule and is always professional. If you are ready to take charge of your health, Joe will give you all the tools you need !

Jessica is so great at what she does! I was very hesitant to start working with a personal trainer being that I never have before and really have never lifted weights other than machines at large gyms like Planet fitness sometimes. I’ve progressed more with her in the last couple months than I ever have. I feel great and look forward to my sessions with her each week. She offers so much more than just an hour session. She’s helped with my diet and my work outs outside of the personal training sessions as well. She will adapt to your needs and comfort level but still push and encourage you when you need it. So glad I decided to give her a shot!
Met with Brian for our initial introduction, very professional instructor / trainer... Had a great session and arranged for further training. The location is easy access and has everything needed for intense workouts. Brian is the type that will motivate you and push you for maximum results. Kimberly is my personal trainer and is fabulous. She has a very positive attitude and a wealth of knowledge. I have had three previous trainers and she is the only one who has listened to my goals and limitations and formulated a plan specifically tailored to meet those goals without injuring me. She would be a great trainer for both the younger and more mature client.
Mike is the best trainer in the Dayton and surrounding area. He has helped me and continues to help me reach all of my fitness goals. He has perfected my form in all of my lifts, pushed me when I needed it and helped me to get great conditioning. In the past I had struggled to find a coach that would actually care what I wanted and would go through my sessions so that I would pay them. With Mike, he is fully attentive and motivational. There are not enough positive things I can say about him, and if you have the opportunity to have him train you do not miss out.. he is the best!

Heather was a wonderful Crossfit Level I Trainer at Crossfit Troy when I joined there in 2011. I had just retired from teaching at that time and transferred my membership from Crossfit Heights because it was a farther drive. I felt bad when Heather left to work at another box. I have been a Crossfitter since 2009. I have had many fine coaches, but the only time I met my ideal weight was when Heather was my coach. I'm now 65 years old. I have arthritis in my knees, and am about 20 pounds overweight...but I'm still active thanks in part to the great trainers I have had. I placed 2nd in my age group in the Autism Awareness 5K in Fletcher April 30th, 2017. I highly recommend her as a coach.
I have attended several of his “mornings at the bar” classes. The bars are different, which is what attracted me to the class in the first place. I wasn’t the same old thing you find at the gym. Seth’s energy and teaching style is great. I stayed interested and motivated the whole class. I recommend signing up for his personal training as well!!! He is great and you will not be disappointed!!!
Mitchell has been my trainer for seven years. He is, in a word, outstanding. There is no judgement, he is compassionate and "meets you where you are." If you want to get back in shape, he can do that. If you are a competitive body builder, he can train you too. His work outs are creative and well thought out for you and your individual needs and goals. He always has a variety of exercises so you don't get bored. Mitchell has seen me through several surgeries and certain exercises are off limits. I have had four surgeries on the same knee and the surgeon commented that I probably would not regain full bulk and strength in my quadricep muscle. Using creative, non-traditional exercises, Mitchell has brought my muscle back. I think the beauty of Mitchell as a trainer is with regular visits you get total body workouts with multiple approachs. I never know what he's going to have in store for me.
