But is was Kim and Carlie's attention to details such as menu cards for table, food selection advice, table settings, table decorating that was so above and beyond. They are not just caterers...they are event magicians! SugarElla's made it all come together!! Highly recommend!
I love love love Gwen! She catered my 25th anniversary party for a lot of snotty, rich, east coast people at a reasonable cost, was prompt, and the presentation was spectacular! You should also have her stay and serve as that takes the stress off you for a big party. She made appetizers like smoked salmon on potato fritters with chives sauce, filet mignon on sliced French bread with horseradish sauce, marinated lamb skewers with mint sauce, and many more delicious items! My local guests all wanted her card!
I worked with Chef for about a year or so, and in that year she showed me the meaning of being a chef. The next plate had to look better than the last. She pushed me to be a better chef, to push the boundaries in cooking and that sometimes simple is ok also. Her food is beyond reproach and I will always stand by her in this business.
