"My husband and I recently moved to Crown Point and decided to forego a gym membership to workout at home. Workouts were mundane and not too productive so we decided to search for a personal trainer. We came across Ben's website and decided to give him a try. After meeting with him to discuss our ages (51 and 48), past injuries, and fitness goals, we began training in February. We train with Ben at our home 2 days a week, and he leaves a 3rd workout for us to do on our own. We have been impressed with Ben's knowledge, attention to detail, work ethic, and the creativity of his workouts. We look forward to the sessions which are challenging and well thought out. Ben teaches proper technique, adapts the exercises to help with past injuries, and monitors our form during each set. We have worked out at gyms for many years with varying results, but Ben has taught us a much more effective way to train. With Ben's help, we reached our initial fitness goals and continue to improve our strength, fitness, and energy levels.
