I really enjoyed training with Elizabeth. I had hit a plateau in my fitness and she was able get me a good training routine which helped propel my level of fitness ASAP!!!. She always gave me good feed back and pointers in my workouts, (correcting my form, speed of my repetitions, and keeping my rest time minimal between exercises). She is extremely knowledgeable in weight training and yoga, great motivator, and she will get you results, a true pleasure to work with. Aaron W.
My company has been working with Neil for the last three months or so. It's been a great experience watching the culture of our organization slowly change to adapting a more healthy lifestyle. We started out with a four week "intro to yoga" class which was very basic. We have since almost completed an 8 week course and just signed up for another 8 week one this week. Neil does a nice job of slowly advancing each class to make it a little more challenging. He is also a super nice guy and genuinely cares about each and every participant in the class. He always gives individual attention when it comes to modifying moves and working around any injuries a participant may have. I would highly recommend him if you are thinking of implementing a yoga practice at your place of employment.
I encourage mindfulness and focus to ease muscle soreness and eyestrain and to revitalize and refresh. This will increase productivity by reducing stress, clarify thinking, and encourage creative thoughts in a simple 15-minute yoga practice.
We offer Vinyasa yoga with calming, breathing and meditation techniques. Private lessons are also available if you are interested.
Hi there! I'm Victoria Pardue, Certified in Integrative Nutrition and Yoga Fit Instructor. I'm your guide and mentor who empowers you and provides ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness. As your Health Coach, I will listen carefully and we’ll navigate the world of contradictory nutrition and health advice together to explore what truly works for you. I offer workshops, webinars, and programs designed for busy men and women who want to achieve health and wellbeing goals by providing do-able practices. I'm here to energize, promote, and council you to reach and maintain meaningful changes in diet and lifestyle. My approach is not to dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. It is not to create lists of restrictions or good and bad foods. Instead, I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding. Together we’ll work to reach your health goals in areas such as achieving optimal weight, reducing food cravings, quality sleep, and maximizing energy. As we work together, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you and implement lasting changes that will improve your energy, balance and health.
I teach in the spirit of hatha yoga, including physical postures, pranayam (breath control), philosophy and meditation. You do not have to be flexible to begin a yoga practice. With yoga comes flexibility, strength, calmness of mind and improved focus.
