Adam was incredibly patient and took the time to understand the best plan for me and instead of applying a generic routine, he customized a plan that would best suit me and my schedule. I have a home gym with minimal equipment and I sent him a picture of all I had: a bench with a bar, some medicine balls, some bands, and that's pretty much it. With that alone, Adam was able to build a weekly workout with 3 different routines from just those few photos I shared with him. A routine for legs, a routine for back, and routine for everything else. He built an entire spreadsheet with the name of the exercise, reps, and even a YouTube video tutorial on how to do these exercises. I dropped about 20 pounds in about 2 months and unlocked a whole set of exercises I didn't think possible with what little equipment I had.
