I live in California and everything was done via phone and faxes. I had left everything on the last day literally on April 14 when i first call Amber. She had not only done everything, completed and submitted my taxes in time she did it all with excellent customer service and patience. I was extremely impressed by her attention to my small business taxes and calling and updating the progress, even though I knew she was inundated with deadlines and clients. She still took the time to call me with updates. Her service was exemplary. I would certainly use her again next year. Thank you for all your service and hardwork Amber.
Admittedly, our house was a mess after moving out! I got a fast response from LD with a quote and had a phone call to go over more in depth what I needed done. She went by the house and called me back with a more detailed list of what she could do. She was always on time to view the house and to do the cleaning. I didn't meet her in person until the job was done but she kept me up to date on her arrival and progress which shows how trust worthy she is! I asked that she let me know when she almost done so I could come do a walk through. This was the first time we'd met face to face. When I say the house was immaculate!!! I could not have asked for a better service. She did exactly what she listed, even sat things aside in a very organized fashion that she thought we might still need! This is by far the best cleaning service I've dealt with in the area!
Care of my parents had forced me to put my cleaning and organizing abilities on hold for way too long. We made a date for the following week to tackle just one room for four hours straight. The progress made was incredible as she kept me on task, which is not easy. She knew exactly when to nudge me along as well as when to be gentle and let me have a minute to regain my thoughts. We were able to expand out of the initial room and take care of some other things needing attention as well. Damion mounted my 62 inch TV. Connected my satellite, DVD, receiver and game system to my TV. He was very prompt in responding to all my questions and concerns, and left my entertainment area very functional and neat. He arrived on time. I hired Keah from Moore's Helping Hands, to help my elderly mother with everyday duties. She cleaned, cooked, ran errands and even made sure my mother took her medicine on time. We to RCF to get a mortgage for our home. Our loan officer bent over backwards to make this as easy and painless as possible. he knocked over every issue that came up and we had an easy closing. They even sent the signing agent to our apartment to sign the mortgage documents since my husband is not very mobile these day. This company has a mission to take care of ALL of its clients, but especially their Veteran clients.
Beverly worked with me in 2013 to update my resume for Government employment applications. I had previously left a job of 13yrs. My resume was really outdated and I did not have the time to research the plethora of "how to apply for Government position" references. With no KSAs, my resume really had to hit the mark. Bev hit it! Not to mention her response time was timely. Pricing wasn't bad. We did have a couple of iterations of questions because she didn't ask me all of the questions she needed to upfront.
