The job of Q.A is to either video chat, request pictures and finalize your inventory to industry standards. Customer Service provides the essential information to our customers and are equipped to answer all question from the more frequent to the most difficult. They are also trained to solve most issues within a few calls. All documentation that needs to be prepared and signed are handled through them. They will properly transition you from our care to one of our network of movers while making you feel like the expert in the industry. The final step in this process is to provide our customers with a Service Fulfillment Form. In an exclusive move, which is more expensive, your belongings are the only cargo on the moving truck. The movers travel directly to your new house and deliver your belongings on a scheduled day. A consolidated move is more affordable because the movers transport your belongings along with those of other people, saving them time and gas — which means you save money. The downside is that your belongings typically arrive with a two-week delivery window rather than on a prescheduled day. Can you move furniture by yourself?

Two men were able to move everything and get us set up in the new house pretty quickly. N My Lane Moving Company did a great job. They were reliable, punctual, flexible, good communicators and did not over charge. We were expecting to close Escrow on one day but didn’t end up closing for another 8-10 days. Other companies were charging us ridiculous deposits and were very stringent. Others were only flexible at a steep price. Others didn’t care about our needs, only about sticking us with high fees. This company was great. They truly worked with us and went above & beyond. We had to rent a large UHaul but that wasn’t a big deal because the N My Lane Moving team drove it and managed packing it up well. The process of bringing our washer & dryer downstairs wasn’t smooth but that was our only speed bump. I would gladly hire them again. I appreciate all of their help.
