Ronald is the King of Garage Doors! I called Thumbtack because my garage door was not operating. I found the chain assembly off the gear. I made arrangements for Ronald to come over, not remembering it was a holiday. He showed up on New Years Day, right on time, and got right to business. Ronald sense of customer service is only outdone by his absolute knowledge of his tradecraft. He quickly broke down, inspected and reassembled the chain assembly, inspected all the gears, switches and motor, and painstakingly and perfectly adjusted the operation of the door. His attention to detail as well as his pleasant and professional demeanor is a testament to great American customer service and know-how. If you have any size garage door issue, do not hesitate to book service with Ronald. Happy New Year indeed.

Mario provided great service at a good service. My garage door was not closing as I hit it while backing out. He came in 30 mins notice, was very prompt and also gave 6 month warranty on his labor. Overall, excellent service from a nice guy at a great price.

I was very impressed with their speed in responding to my post, getting here the same day, and having the job done quickly. They were professional, courteous, and fast. They were patient in explaining things (I changed springs for both garage doors) and making sure I know how to operate the new garage door opener. Highly recommended!

Angel is the best. I initially had three appointments scheduled for free estimates and had to cancel two due to scheduling conflicts. I kept Angel's appointment because his reviews were the highest. I was not disappointed. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problems with my two garage doors openers and explained to me how he would repair them. He was extremely professional and personable, an excellent combination in a business man. I hired him on the spot and he came a couple days later to install two new garage door openers. He finished within three hours and explained how they work with ease. I was more than satisfied and promised to write a good review , but he requested I get approval from my wife before writing this review. Classy. Suffice it to say, she's very happy. When we plan to change the garage doors, I'll be calling All Door Installation, Inc. I've even already advertised All Door Installation services on my neighborhood GroupMe chat. Thanks again, Angel.

I needed 5 window sills replaced and chair railing that my dog ate. He gave me a great price for all the work and his guy was able to complete the project within a few days of hire. The gentlemen Tim sent was on time, worked quickly, and did great work. I'm very satisfied and will be using Tim again for other projects we have around the house (dry wall etc).

Excellent work from Luis. Returned my email quickly and showed up quickly to provide an estimate. The estimate was less expensive than any other estimate I'd received. We hired him. He started on time, finished on time, and came in on budget. The work itself - a stockade privacy fence around the perimeter of the back yard, plus gate - exceeded expectations. I plan to hire Luis again for my next home improvement job.

EXCELLENT! This is the only way to describe everything about my experience with Tony and Omar of Renaissance Restoration. They corrected the errors of previous installers, took the time to do everything perfectly, and graciously fixed issues for which they weren't hired. Renaissance is the only company I've hired that possesses the same expectation of excellence and high standards as I...and I'm difficult to please. I am thrilled and will use them again, not just for TV mounting but for major home improvements. Don't waste your time with other companies - just call Tony.

Our job required the removal of old, cracking caulk around the outside of all our windows, followed by the application of new clear silicone caulking. We were pleased with the workmanship as well as the professionalism and reliability of this group. I appreciated the calls and texts confirming when I could expect them and notification of changes when the weather was not cooperating. All in all, a very favorable experience!

If you’re in need of a reliable, honest and get-it-done general contractor for your home remodeling needs, Al and his crew are the GO TO GUYS! We recently had a rather large basement remodel project where we took an unfinished space (approx.. 900 sq. feet) to a home office/ dental laboratory finish. There were a lot of moving parts involved – all new electrical/ mechanical/ plumbing; installation of egress & small sliding window(s), walk-out door w/ retaining walls and pavement; added bathroom & work/equipment room. Al took the design plans from a paper to presence, and really worked with us to stay on time and on budget. From the initial consultation, he took his time to go over details of the project and provide us with a written proposal on the spot. What was also appreciated was that he used upgraded materials rather than standard builder supplies, which really makes a huge difference in appearance! Al and his guys are meticulous, detailed & very clean – at the end of each work day, the floors were always swept & materials put away. Another consideration for us was trust since my husband & I weren’t home during the day. I can say with complete confidence that you can trust Premier Home Services to do their job, in your home without supervision. We will definitely use them again for our next home project. Thanks Al!

Overall I’m pleased with my new garage door. We had issues about an extra service that was not quoted but which had to be done for the job to be complete properly. As a result, I was charged an extra $130 above what had been agreed on. And when I reached out to management, they didn’t have the decency to reply back to me personally. I paid the extra, but felt that I was being taken advantage of. I think if they were a little bit clearer on what additional/unexpected costs might entail, I would not have felt cheated.

We had other people give us crazy quotes and give us wrong information. He did a great job, new what the problem was and took the time to make what we needed done perfect. We even asked for an additional job and he took his time to complete it for us and go to the store to buy us missing parts that were needed.

Rocco has been helping me do small jobs for the last several months. I am greatly impressed by his professionalism. He is very clear about the time it will take to get a job done as well as the cost. He is punctual and cleans the job site when finished. It has truly been a pleasure working with him. Jobs completed are; new light fixtures, new ceiling fans, repair of wood floor, patch, sand and paint a hole in the wall, install a range hood, install curtain rods, install shower doors, and the list can go on. Thank you Rocco!

Hamed was wonderful to work with. He was a responsive, professional, and generally just a nice guy! I received more and less expensive quotes, but I felt for the value of product and customer service, Hamed/Garage Masters were the best to go with. They finished within a week from first contact to completion. Great warranty, too. Thanks!

Soo many things I want to mention now that Yaron has finished my front lock, I have some spare time. I can’t promise this short of notice, but I had a response time in 1 1/2 hours. He called to confirm but I cancelled thinking I could change the lock. I was sadly mistaken, I had to call him back because I didn’t have a drill. I’m so relieved because now I don’t have to second guess whether it’s been correctly installed. So I received a quote for a deadbolt but I actually had another lock. (Who knew) They didn’t give me any trouble at all. We negotiated the price and that was that. As for the Service, To say I’m happy does not fully explain my satisfaction. He helped me reset my pin code to my lock, adjusted the door panel thing, and helped me with the bottom lock (which had a lockbox on it, the key is lost). I would have left a tip had I have had any paper money. He really exceeded my expectations. Especially since I read the other review. This evening I was pretty up for any challenge. Fortunate for us both, they have a loyal customer now.

We are so happy to have found Marvin and his crew at Baiza Construction! It's been a year since Marvin completed the project of turning our fixer-upper into a beautiful home and we couldn't be happier. The renovations were extensive: they knocked down a wall and installed a modern kitchen, moved the location of a bathroom and gave us an amazing walk-in shower, sanded and stained hard-wood floors, painted, gave the house a new roof and all new windows, while insulating everything well so we will save money on heating and A/C in the future! They did a lot more, but too much to list. We keep going back to Marvin to do additional projects as needed. Marvin has been very good to us, he does great work at very fair prices. He's also a really nice guy who really wants to make sure we are happy with the results. The only problem? He's so sought after, it may be hard for him to find the time to respond. I think a lot of bad reviews are due to him just being so busy. My suggestion to him is to hire an administrative assistant to help with all the project scheduling, invoices, and other boring office stuff that I think he doesn't like to do. Also, maybe find a way to clone himself ;)

Great service! I have never had such a care free experience when dealing with projects around the house. Our garage door wouldn't close. I called M2V, they were very nice (not pushy), punctual, professional and affordable. I will definitely be using their services again!

I had this company install an attic ladder and attic boards for me. Eugene was very professional and explained the quote and the work to me. In regards to the attic services, he installed really nice firm boards for me to store my items in the attic. He purchased the attic ladder (included in his price) and at first it seemed like a good fit. I even paid him for the services afterwards. He was going to come back anyway to paint the attic ladder opening (white to match my ceiling) but I noticed that the attic door wasn't closing properly. Even though I had already paid him, this man kept his word and came back to ensure proper installation of the attic door (talk about integrity!). Despite some challenges with the attic door itself, Eugene did not charge me or even ask me to pay anything else concerning the attic ladder. He purchased a new attic door for me because he noticed the other door was bent. The installation of the new attic door is perfect! I couldn't be happier with my attic door. Despite some hiccups, this company stood by their word, completed the job, and did it well.

Alfonzia has extensive knowledge about all things residential for plumbing, electrical, dry walling, painting, and any handyman work. He was able to architect an extremely complicated plumbing and electrical job of installing a washer and dryer in my kitchen and figure out how to tap into existing systems with an extremely tight crawl space and little room to work with in general. We had one challenge after another with the way my old house, built in the late 1800's and renovated here and there over the years with plumbing pipes and wiring that was cryptic at best. I liked the solution we came up with and the sincere, hard working ethic of Alfonzia. He was good at communicating as we had to continue revising our original plans.

I had Unique Homes (Simeon) complete 4 different projects for me, each progressively bigger. All of them were successful -- although not without little issues that came up now and then, but that were always taken care of. The prices were very good and the jobs were done well. Job #1 - I had a front porch that needed concrete work. This was a relatively small job, but it was done well. Job #2 - This was a remodel of small bathroom. Again, the job was done well and was a good price. And Simeon indulged us owners half-way through the project when we did not like something about the floor tiles we had chosen. Totally our issue, we did not really like how it looked when it started getting installed. But he undid some of his work and we were able to fix it. Job #3 - This was a full bathroom remodel, so a more significant job. Again, this project was done well, but the costs savings really started to come through on this project. We were very happy with the final look of the bathroom. Job #4 - This was by far the biggest job. It was a complete remodel of our master bathroom. I had received various quotes from other contractors in the $30-40K range for the project (including materials). Simeon's prices were less than a third of that, however that did not include any of the materials. In the end, I think the materials is the source of a lot of the savings since I think the others hide mark-ups (or store kick-backs) in the materials. For this project we went to some high end stores and looked at their display designs and chose/copied what we liked. We chosen something that was based on a white marble tile as a base ...and Lowes/HD carried it at a fraction of the cost of Tile City. I think we saved $5k on the marble along. We bought some of the more unique accent stuff in Tile City at full price, but for everything else we were able to replicate the Tile City look with HD or Lowe's materials of equal quality. We bought a high end shower panel, but bought it through Costco. The same fixture at a high-end bathroom store was thousands more than what we paid. At some higher end stores Simeon would give us the Unique Homes discount that he had negotiated. Some places (like the glass doors for the shower) were still expensive...but I ended up with the same bathroom that would have been $40k for about $20K. So yes, I recommend Unique Homes.
