My experience with Josh has been great! I started seeing my results as early as two weeks into my training with him. He also offers great nutrition advice and ways to keep active on days we don't meet. He has a good way of knowing how far to push you without going past your limits. Definitely would recommend him for others!
Chad is a great trainer who focuses on all elements of getting you in shape, not just what happens within his four walls. Nutrition is a big part of what he helps with and the personalized training sessions have taken me further towards my goals than I've ever been before
David was my physical trainer for over a year. Training with David was a pleasure! He has a great personality and for me, made working out fun again. His workouts were challenging, fun, and effective. With David I learned how to exercise correctly, meaning he corrected my form to avoid injuries. I learned new exercises and how to use machines I used to simply avoid, and David taught me how different muscle groups worked together so I could build my workout routine to maximize my gains. He also taught me about nutrition and how to alter my diet to improve my sleep, digestion, and overall well being. With David's help, I exceeded my weight loss and fitness goals, and strengthened muscles that I used to injure repeatedly. With the education David has given me, I am now able maintain my new fitness levels on my own!
I just had my first training session with Sarah. It was incredible. She really listens and understands. As someone who suffers from muscle and nerve pain every day due to fibromyalgia, I was concerned that a personal trainer would push my body too much and I would be struggling for a week after. Sarah has put my body at ease. She worked me enough that I feel a burn but my body isn't in agony. I am so happy to have found Sarah and I look forward to many, many more sessions with her! I would highly recommend Sarah to anyone!

I started seeing Eric from a referral by my sister. I was currently doing lab testing and supplementation with my ND, and figured I would let Eric take a shot at my health issues. The first consult I overlapped with my ND, taking Eric's interpretation to her for review and 2nd opinion. Her response to his evaluation was that "he probably has more schooling, experience, and detailed knowledge about this evaluation than I do, so I think you are fine to work with him." I don't have insurance, so the cost of seeing Eric, or seeing my ND was pretty close to the same. After a slow year of testing and supplementation, we saw a few changes in the right direction. It wasn't until I finally started following his diet/exercise recommendations that the changes became much more obvious. I've always been on the "small" side for my weight, so I didn't really think my diet mattered much. Besides, I thought I ate relatively healthy anyways, and had fewer digestive symptoms after following a gluten free diet for the past year. I knew I wasn't in "optimal" health, but I didn't think his diet was necessary at first. But after a year of supplementation, he finally pushed that diet was the next step. Within just a few weeks of REALLY following his recommendations-- getting enough calories, timing of meals, walking every day, and WATER-- I could SEE a difference in my body, and felt a difference in my energy and moods. That let me know, ok ok, he's on to something. I just figured that his process was like my ND in that the blood work shows improvement but nothing I would physically see or feel a difference with. Now, almost two years later, (because of my own stubbornness in not wanting to continue this process) even though I still have some residual health issues, I also have the faith that by listening and really DOING what Eric recommends, we will be able to positively address those issues as well. Eric has helped me see my health like playing a sport. You have to commit to practicing the little things everyday, making good habits everyday, or else you will never see the progress you really are wanting to achieve. You can't be a successful athlete without practicing everyday. In the same, I can't expect to be in optimal health if I'm not willing to follow my "coaches" training recommendations on a consistent basis. When I do what he says, things work like they should...shouldn't that be enough proof for me? We will see in the next year. Regardless, Eric has shown he knows what he is doing, and has taught me to believe his ability to accurately evaluate and interpret what is needed for my optimal health...its up to me to actually follow through.
Adi has been a great influence on me even after just a week! Her home training is excellent and challenging. I also took her food demo class and that was great! She was very clear and had specific dietary recommendations for me and my family that are easy to follow. She is prompt, fun, and professional with lots of personal training and nutrition expertise. So glad I found her!
Ted has been terrific! He takes time to teach proper form- and why its important. He values nutrition and explains why this is such an intricate part of fitness! I've just started using he workout and good apps, but right now I am so stoked that I found him!! Great value for the money! He truly cares about my success!

To say the last year of my life has been hectic is an understatement. In October of 09, I lost my dad very unexpectedly. Then, another blow, my mom went in to the hospital for routine surgery and ended up on a ventilator and in ICU just 6 weeks after my dad passed away. After over 2 months in the hospital, she was able to come home with physical therapy and a home health nurse. (Thank God!) After all that, my family was still in the process of running my dads business as we waited for a buyer. Oh, have I mentioned that I have 2 very active boys who play several sports, a full time outside the home job and many other activities that we are involved in? Time for exercise? Um, I dont think so. Fast Food trips? You betcha! Easy, convenient and cooking was one less thing I had to deal with. Plus, I was way too busy to deal with worrying about what I should be eating and how I should be handling stress. If I swept it under the carpet, itll all go away right? Wrong! Exhaustion, illness and a few extra pounds started to sink in. The weather started to change and get warmer. The thought of having to put on a shorts or (gasp!) a swimsuit seemed like a nightmare. All the while complaining to my husband about how I dont have time get everything done in a day let alone ADD a workout. He did his best to still be understanding of what I was going through emotionally and try to help me see that exercise would help. Oh Id take a walk, try to eat a salad here and there. But it didnt really make much of a difference. Then, I saw the lifestyle changes one of my very close friends was making. Brandi was a busy mom and had an amazing transformation! She encouraged me along the way to join her, but I shrugged her off at first. How could I possibly commit to that? Then I saw her final pictures. (phenomenal!!!) It was time to do something for me. I emailed Hitch Fit the following week. I was put in contact with expert trainer James Hanton. He was very professional and agreed to meet with me before I made a decision about my plan or if I even wanted to commit to it. He was very patient and he listened to me. I was embarrassed when he asked me about my eating and exercise habits, but he never flinched or acted like I was doing anything wrong. He just listened. He asked how quickly I wanted to see results. I answered, 12 weeks., half hoping hed tell me that it was impossible. Instead he said, You can do it! After I left the initial consultation, I called my husband. He encouraged me and told me he had my back. You should do it, Andrea and I know you can. I decided to get going right away. No use it putting it off! After my first training session with James, I cried the whole way home. Not so much because I hurt from the pain of working out (well maybe a little bit) but more because I did it! I took the first steps to a healthy lifestyle and I knew from that point on I was 110% committed. After the first couple of weeks of sore muscles, I really started to enjoy the workouts. The designed meal plan was easy to follow and with a few tips from James, I even got a few new recipes to mix it up a bit. James was enthusiastic and positive every step of the way. He was flexible with my schedule if I needed to make a last minute change and he kept me on track and my eye on the prize! There were many times that I didnt think I could lift another pound, do one more push up or hold my position one more second. But I did! Just behind me Id hear Jamess infamous battle cry, GET IT! GET IT! And I pushed harder. I wanted it more and more with every pound I lost. My schedule was and is still crazy. But Ive learned to manage my time better and everything still gets done. And at the end of 12 weeks, there I was, forever changed! I dont think of this as the end of a transformation. Its just the beginning of a new lifestyle for me. I can deal with stress in better ways and make better choices. James, thank you for your encouragement and faith in me! I am truly grateful for all you have done. To my boys, thank you for your patience with me and for never complaining about a trip to the gym or for eating more veggies. (I told you we wouldnt miss pop in the house!) And to my wonderful hubby, I couldnt have done this at all without you. Thanks for making me feel beautiful every step of the way.

Being an out of shape, newly single, 22 year old woman, I did not want to join a regular gym or fitness club because I did not like my body and i would have to work out in front of other girls my age who look good in yoga pants. Lol. I have Jason 3 times a week as my personal trainer and over the last 7 weeks i have gone from 157lbs to 128lbs and Loved how he has made me do it. Jason seems to be a professional in nearly every sport as he has trained me in MMA, Roller Skating, Tennis, Soccer, Swimming, Running, Frisbee, Kick Boxing and even knife throwing this last week. Each thing we do seems to somehow work an area of my body that i didnt even know could be worked and its been soo much fun learning new sports and getting better at the ones i already knew how to do. Next week we start training for an obstacle course event thats similar to American Ninja Warrior! About seven months ago, i realized that I had to get in shape as my physical strength and fitness were disappointing, and of course undesired weight gain. So, I approached Element Fitness Center where, i started my fitness training with Marco. He has been a great coach and mentor teaching and also explaining theory behind all the activities, including dietary aspects of health. Not only does he provide the regular training , he is an excellent records keeper. He kept the charts and data of my progress. Seeing the upward trend in my improvement encouraged me a lot to work hard and with commitment. He is very committed for my progress. Not only he trains, he also is a role-model with his own fitness attainment and that really encouraged and resonated with me to put my utmost efforts. Additionally, he is very well versed in anatomical details and explains the working of muscles, so, as a trainee, i benefited a lot knowing why and how we do certain workouts etc. It was a commitment but a pleasant one and i always looked forward to my training sessions. There is so much to physical fitness than I did not even comprehend before. I could not have done it on my own.
