After being without a computer for over a month and troubleshooting with Dell customer service with no solution. I was still unsure what was wrong with my computer, but felt certain it was a virus. John assured me he would do all he could to recover any documents or pictures I had on my computer, which he did. Fortunately, I didn't have a virus but in need of a new hard drive and cd drive which John installed. I picked my computer up within 4 days of dropping it off. I was completely satisfied with the level of customer service John provided me. John kept me updated on the progress and the cost. I got the information I needed about repair of my IPad2 (I had shattered the glass) so ordered the repair. They sent me a mailing label and instructions via e-mail. I had my PC on during a thunderstorm & the lightning had knocked out my computer. It had destroyed my hard drive, which had, among everything else, baby pictures & home video's of my daughters. We gave them up for lost because they were all taken with our digital camera & we had no back up's. Erik was able to get into our burnt out drive & extract several picture's & video's that were no destroyed when our drive had burnt out. Being at the time I was completely PC illiterate, he'd also informed me that there was a such thing as an external hard drive, lol. As sappy as it may sound, we were going through old pic's of my girl's here a while back & I was so please to find those old pics & especially the baby/toddler video's of my children, that we would have probably never recovered if Erik hadn't been able to do his magic with the burnt out drive. All & all, we haven't run into any PC/Mac issues over the year's, that Erik wasn't able to fix, or offer advice to easily correct the issue ourselves. I highly recommend him!!!

Mr. Rissler was willing to track down parts and repair my well-loved but discontinued laptop. He also extracted my data for me so I have it while he waits for the parts. It's not a quick job and most computer techs wouldn't bother. He's a nice man and has been mindful in keeping me apprised of his progress.
