Mike Lewis is a very knowledgable personal trainer. He takes the time to adapt workouts to your fitness level whether you're an athlete or a couch potato. He pushes you so you can achieve your goals. He gives you confidence that your goals are within your reach. Each workout is different...no chance to get "bored" with the same workout. He's very personable and takes the time to make sure you're properly doing the exercises safely so to not injure yourself. Always willing to answer questions/concerns about exercises or diet. I trained with him 1:1 as well as bootcamp and looked forward to going every time. When I went on vacation for 2 weeks he took the time to write a plan for me while I was on the road. I've seen him train with all shapes, sizes, ages while I was in bootcamp and was impressed by his ability to meet everyone's needs no matter what their ability. I gained enough confidence to do two 5k's and he was waiting at the finish line both times cheering me on!! Mike Lewis is AWESOME!!

Amy has been my yoga and fitness instructor for the past couple years. It is easy to see her passion for yoga and fitness. She is very knowledgeable with anatomy and providing tips for correct alignment. For yoga, she is good at sequencing and building strength and flexibility. She guides you to breathe slowly through the sun salutations. She breaks down each pose and offers modifications that allow for safe and correct alignment. For fitness, Amy is a good motivator. She pushes you to your limits and you will see results! She switches up the workouts and progresses them to keep challenging your body. She's positively fun to workout with!
