Miles brown has amazing gifts when it comes to teaching and uplifting people, he helped me train for a jujitsu tournament. I had never trained in jujitsu before and I would recommend miles to anyone who was serious about there health!
Mike Lewis is a very knowledgable personal trainer. He takes the time to adapt workouts to your fitness level whether you're an athlete or a couch potato. He pushes you so you can achieve your goals. He gives you confidence that your goals are within your reach. Each workout is different...no chance to get "bored" with the same workout. He's very personable and takes the time to make sure you're properly doing the exercises safely so to not injure yourself. Always willing to answer questions/concerns about exercises or diet. I trained with him 1:1 as well as bootcamp and looked forward to going every time. When I went on vacation for 2 weeks he took the time to write a plan for me while I was on the road. I've seen him train with all shapes, sizes, ages while I was in bootcamp and was impressed by his ability to meet everyone's needs no matter what their ability. I gained enough confidence to do two 5k's and he was waiting at the finish line both times cheering me on!! Mike Lewis is AWESOME!!

My experience in the group has been nothing but positive. I am able to express myself freely among another peers without feeling judged or pressured by anything. I have made changes in some of my behaviors in order to get where i want to go in life. It took me about a month to realize this change. I learned new skills in order to know how to deal with certain things in life, i am able to see the accomplishments i want in life and some of the steps i can do to make them. Each day, little by little, i see apply these skills that i have learned, just taking it one day at a time. I feel the facilitator works best with all kinds of personalities. He is able to see ones opinion and find the little things that could change the outcome to a better one rather than one that turns into violence or even into a fight. I would recommend Agape LLC to anyone that is in need of their service. They are compassionate, ethical and trained individuals that truly care about each individual in the group and it shows every meeting.
For the past 3 + years I have been a participant in a 30 minute circuit class every Tuesday and Thursday morning at Orchard park rec center of which Cindy has been our instructor. She is always positive, upbeat and very knowledgeable about movement and exercise science. She takes time each morning to demonstrate each exercise and expain its' health benefit. She often goes out of her way to personalize movements for those who have injuries or medical issues just so they can continue to remain involved with the group. It is obvious Cindy loves what she does.

Yusef truly understands the individual needs for each of his client and that is important when looking for a personal trainer. This allows him to motivate his client to achieve and maintain a long term goal weather is loosing weight or becoming a stronger athlete. When you attend his session you don't feel like you have to go, you actually want and look forward to going the amount of positive energy that he brings to each session is amazing. He is a great coach that expects and maximizes performance for each session he definitely pushes you out of your comfort zone while making sure your workout is done properly so you don't get hurt.
Caleb Offner is my personal trainer and he keeps me accountable for my goals and keeps me motivated. I have personally seen results and look forward to working with him in the future. Side Note: The ladies locker room could use a carpet cleaning and the club itself could use a small facelift or sprucing up it is a little dated. Overall, everyone seems friendly and the personal trainers I have had are very knowledgable and nice to work with.
