Izzie is a very professional, very knowledgeable instructor. She gives over 100% every session. I have never felt pressured or judged and her absolute positivity radiates and makes you want to do better and more. I have done yoga, meditation, and zumba classes with her and have greatly enjoyed them all. I learn something new every class.

Ive been working with Angela on meditation and yoga, one-on-one, for the past year. I cant think of a better investment I could have made in myself. Her constant self-improvement and general curiosity appeals to me, and Ive benefitted from both. I wasnt interested in anything too new-agey - but in actual practical and useful techniques for bringing calm to my stressed out self. Shes taught me about deep breathing, visualization, moves that calm, moves that energize, effective sleep practices, the philosophy of meditation/yoga.. and generally about how to live a calm and peaceful life. I cant think of any way in which I could have had a better teacher considering my personality, lack of motivation, wallet and time restrictions. I plan to work with her for a very long time to come.
