Eric did a fantastic job on my home inspection. Even though it was a brand new home I wanted it inspected so that nothing was missed. He found all the problems.

As a realtor, it is most important my buyers have accurate information on the homes they are purchasing. Paul does an excellent job in providing a thorough home inspection to help guide them in their purchase!

About

We are a full-service radon testing and mitigation business. We provide services for residential and commercial needs in the Lexington and surrounding counties area. We are Lexington's first and only exclusively dedicated radon mitigation business that is actually located in Lexington. We were the first registered radon specialty contractor with the Lexington Fayette Urban County Governments (LFUCG) division of Building Inspections. We were the first radon contractor to be a member of the BBB of Central and Eastern Kentucky. We were the first company to use licensed electricians, as required by state and local laws to wire up our systems. We custom design mitigation systems and treatments to "fit the needs of the structure." There is no "one size fits all" radon system. Buyer beware; don't be fooled by phone call quotes. All mitigation estimates are to be based on an "onsite building investigation." All mitigation contractors that are NEHA/NRPP certified are supposed to follow the US EPA Radon Mitigation Protocols and adhere to industry (US EPA) standards and conduct an onsite building investigation. If they won't come out and look at your home or building first, provide you a written quote, and give you time to get more and compare them, then don't use them. All mitigation companies are not created and operated equally. Our customers appreciate our onsite building investigations, because we discuss the needs of their home or building, as we see them first hand, show them pictures of other homes and buildings with similar issues, along with pictures of the work done before and after, and allow them to participate in the decision making process of how and where we might be able to locate radon systems and fix the structures needs. Give us a call and schedule an appointment today! Thanks, Kenny McLaughlin, President
