He is such a great teacher and so knowledgeable! My fist lesson was for guitar and after watching him play a little bit on piano I signed up for that as well. He makes me laugh and feel very comfortable and at ease. He is like a super nice grandpa that you just want to hug. (Which I did get a hug for doing a good job once!) He really knows his stuff, he explains things very well and thoroughly. He will join in and play and sing with your lesson to help you with timing and rhythm. He works with your schedule, which was great for me because I work on a rotating schedule and am on 2nd shift. His lessons are very affordable and once you are done with your lesson he gives you candy! Who wouldn't like that? :) I would highly recommend him for anyone wanting to learn guitar or piano. If your are just starting out and want to give it a try before buying an instrument he rents instruments and sells them. Don't be afraid and give it a shot. I recommend him to everyone I know. I'm a 28 year old female who knew basic piano and had no prior knowledge about guitar. I came in knowing how to read music, treble and bass clef.
I contacted Robert to help my organization certify 20 employees in CPR. Robert was very accommodating to our needs and came to our location to do the classes. He explained and worked with each employee to ensure we all understood the importance of doing CPR correctly. He did an outstanding job and would highly recommend him and his company. I would be happy to speak with anyone who wanted to know more about our experience.
I love the people there. I know people are loved well like they are family, being encouraged as they venture out learning a new song or new instrument, something extraordinary that challenges the mind. With the patience and encouragement the staff at Central Music provides, everyone can learn to play music. Thanks Alan and Tiffany for all the joy you put into life with music lessons and hugs.
Rebeca was very nice, flexible and accommodating. She gave me some good direction which has already helped with my violin learning experience.
He’s very informative and professional while still keeping it casual enough to make you feel comfortable. This man knows what he’s doing. I’d definitely send anyone looking for lessons his way.
My 9 year old granddaughter has already had two voice lessons. She absolutely loves working with Vanessa!
A very talented and dedicated teacher. She is ethical and hard working. I have been taking lessons from her for 11 years and I would not ever change teachers
While I'm confident Lisa tailors her lessons to an individual student's desired pace, she has the ability to teach with the kind of speed and rigour that serious players are looking for. She shines the most with her knowledge and taste for music. She seems to have a deep understanding of the music theory that's relevant to teaching someone the guitar. Lisa has proven to me that she cares about my growth through her kind but telling actions. Small things, such as keeping me after the scheduled time free of charge, so that we could work on some concepts. A solid pick for a guitar teacher!
I have been taking lessons with Shirley for 2 1/2 yrs. She is an excellent teacher, very knowledgeable, patient, and dependable. I would highly recommend her to anyone I know.
Pat has been an excellent instructor. He is teaching me Bass, and teaching my Daughter guitar. Having never played the bass, Pat made it very easy to get started. My Daughter and I have made huge improvements since taking lessons with Pat. I highly recommend taking lessons from Pat, it is worth every penny.
She is great with kids!
Excellent musician with a great talent. Strongly recommend her.
I teach piano to kids/adults who are new to the instrument. I have a passion for music, specifically the piano. I have been playing for 19 years and love to give the gift of teaching new beginners.
Instructor SteVon Edwards has been studying and performing piano since age 5. After studying the Suzuki method on Cello at the age of 3 at the University of Louisville, she received training at the Louisville Academy of Music, completing coursework within nine years. She currently accompanies choirs at local churches regularly and also plays for family and friends' events. "I'm looking forward to working with students of all ages and abilities." Teaching Environment Learning should be fun! Music is never dull. Music shapes our lives; from when you hear your favorite song on the radio to setting the tone for an experience. To teach music, which is integral to our day-to-day experience, care must be taken in not only ensuring each student learns the basics and proper technique, but that learning is done in a friendly environment that welcomes self-expression and mutual feedback.
I've been playing music since I was a young boy. Now that I have experience and talent under my belt, I want to share and help others achieve their dreams as I did mine.
Are you having problems with getting the right words for a tune you have created or vice versa? I have you covered. I have been writing poetry and music since I was 4 years old. I am 21, and I have made this my passion in life. I will help you get where you need to be. Before you know it, you will be at work and randomly bust out with the perfect sound you have been looking for or lyrics will just fall perfectly in place. I can only guarantee perfection to those with a passion for music and a true desire to learn. I am not looking for those who are impatient, rude, or who are not absolutely dedicated to learning this talent. If you don't have the time, then with all due respect, don't waste mine. This is a two-way street; I'm investing my time in you as well as take my students very seriously, and I know those who will succeed because they are the ones who are excited about every little improvement that is made. Payment must be in cash or by check. Lesson prices vary based on your location and by the lesson. I am so confident in my method of teaching that if you are not satisfied in where you are at in a month, then I will return your money to you and $50 of my own money for your wasted time.
I have a lot of experience writing and performing music - over 30 years worth! I have a good education in music and I desire to share the love of music with others. Also, in a culture driven by fame and money I like to infuse my students with realistic expectations, humility, and a good work ethic.
