Latest Review: I was referred to Donna by a friend of mine who worked out in the same gym she did and trained at. From the beginning, she was responsive and listened to my goals. She set out to develop a great workout plan and meal plan. One thing I love about Donna is she listens. She motivates you with positivity and knowledge, not with insults, screaming, and only giving you enough that you have to continue training with her for the rest of your life. She teaches you about your muscles, how and what certain exercises target, and how your body will respond to a change in diet. She does all this so that when you are not training with her anymore, you can maintain your results or have the knowledge to work towards new goals. Working with Donna has helped me attain my goals of weight loss and a healthier lifestyle. I would recommend her to anyone looking to make a positive change in a healthy way.
