FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with Ideas & story is a delicate art. It is important to me to listen and understand completely what the clients' idea is before beginning in any kind of budgeting and critiquing. First and foremost, I like to have some kind of goal setting meeting; even if it is just through text, phone, or video chat.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in a lot of film and TV positions in the past. I have a Bachelor Degree in Film with a minor in marketing as well. I was a promotions coordinator at a Kentucky based PBS station where I really got some good commercial producing training. Here is some of my other history: Camera Operator - Fox Sports / American Sports Network / Live Broadcasts (incl non-network) / Public Television / short Films / 1 feature film Grip & Utility - ESPN / PBS / CBS / NBC / Burlap Pictures Audio Engineer - PBS / Burlap Pictures
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got into this line of work due to an interest in magic when I was 9 years old. My neighborhood friends and I would take my parents old camcorder and make special fx magic shows on camera. This of course led to some crazy hilarious short films and more.
