I first came into contact with Clarence at SPT through the afternoon Boot Camp that is offered. I found the work outs challenging, and they definitely helped build endurance in my muscles which assisted in my half marathon training. I liked the variety of exercises and the upbeat feeling of the class. I was able to tone my muscles and drop a clothing size in one summer.
