Lawrence with Summit Home Repair and Remodeling did an excellent job installing a new front door for me. The home was build in the 1950's and the opening that the old door was in was not square. Lawrence corrected the issues with the door frame and successfully installed the new front door. The new door works beautifully and looks great too! In addition to the quality craftsmanship that he put into his work, Lawrence was also a great communicator. He worked with me on a timeline that worked for us both and was flexible and east to schedule with. I would not hesitate to call him out again should another need arise. Thank you, Lawrence!

Pro came to my location and did a door repair. The hinge on the exterior door had come a loose. Pro did not have a replacement hing so he drilled in screws on both side of the hinge bracket to keep it in place. And now it stays in tact no problem. His price was reasonable as well.

His written communications were clear and informative and we set up an appointment within a few days (the earliest time I was able to meet with him at my house). When he arrived, he was very friendly, courteous and professional. As we discussed the problem were having with one of our exterior doors, he was patient and took the time to both listen to our observations about the problem (the fact that the door wouldn't shut properly) and to make his own professional judgment. Although that particular problem wasn't one that his company usually solved, he was very generous in explaining exactly what we would need to do to solve it. And during our conversation, he was able to resolve two three other problems we were having with older doors throughout our house. And all of this was done at a very reasonable price. My wife and I were very impressed with John and with Chenevert Safe and Lock. We will definitely be calling them in the future.
