The job was completed in 45 minutes, meeting the estimate Glenn gave me, which was extremely reasonable. Door works perfectly now. Great job.

Initially, I hired Mr. Duncan just to fix a leaky door that I had in my garage apartment that I'm renting out. When I bought my house, I didn't really ever think I'd ever be able to make the garage apartment look presentable. When I talked with him, he told me that he could also take care of the laundry list of other issues I was having so I didn't need to hire anyone else. Mr. Duncan came and fixed everything that I gave him to do. He painted my kitchen cabinets, fixed my hot water heater and saved me $1000, he fixed some cabinet doors, he repaired dry wall that had holes in it. He painted the trim and fixed my leaky door. Everything was done very well and efficiently. He was prompt with communication and did it all for very cheap. In fact, I feel that I owe him at least a $100 tip for the work he did. I highly recommend him for other thumbtack users and will be hiring him for every other odd job I have from now on. Very reliable and good at what he does.

He was very detail oriented and made sure to get the measurements perfect before he did any cutting or drilling.
