Clarence has been my personal trainer since August 2015. Since I'm 62, work 10 hours a day at a desk and haven't worked out consistently on my own, ever... I decided to engage a personal trainer to help me get started. The first thing I noticed about Clarence is his patience and professionalism. He started me at a pace I could handle, geared the workouts to me personally and hasn't tried to make me fit a mold or pattern. I especially appreciate that he is so encouraging and never critical. I don't expect to get in great physical condition overnight... but choosing Clarence as my personal trainer was an excellent beginning.
Overall I love working with Rolanda. She's a great fitness coach ! If I need information on meal plans, she's the one to call. She's awesome! Nothing needs to be improved. She does a great job !
Adam is an amazing trainer. Not only is he knowledgeable, but he is also effective. He is not going to push supplements, give you quick unhealthy alternatives. This man is a walking Google database of things about fitness, health and even mental well being. Train with Adam, and train your body, mind and spirit.

I highly recommend Pam. She has made a difference in my life without a doubt. I've trained with her different periods in my life over a number of years inside and outside of a gym atmosphere. She has helped me with nutrition advice and ideas how to break out of a plateau. My favorite things I have learned from her: consistency and moderation is the key to lifetime maintenance; exercise doesn't have to be pushing myself till I vomit, it can actually be fun and something I look forward to; if I'm having a bad day, getting off the couch and experiencing some type of movement is something I never regret. In a world full of celebrity trainers and trainers that look like "Barbie" and half my age who haven't experienced my same troubles and challenges, I feel comfortable with Pam and that she truly identifies with and understands me. She makes me feel like she is proud of me and I love her positive words. It helps me to stay motivated!
I've been working with Shelly for about a month now and it has been the best decision I've made in my life. I'm currently in college and working out with Shelly three days a week is exactly what I need to get through the week. She's with me during every exercise pushing me through it. Not only does she she train me physically but she gives me nutrition advice weekly. She makes sure I'm eating the right foods to give me the best results. This has been the best experience I have ever had. Ms. Bevin is an amazing trainer. The passion and professionalism she brings into the gym to train her clients is unreal. Since day one Ms. Bevin would tell me to never give up and push harder and harder. She believes in her clients more than our actual selves. Her exercises are the most toughest and most beneficial workouts I ever experienced. I'm never able to move or walk the next day. Half the time I could. never even walk out of the gym. No matter how exhausted I was and wanted to quit, she was in my face cheering me on during each rep. After 2 months with Ms. Bevin, I've lost 15 pounds from her training program. She is an excellent nutritionist. That helped the most. If anyone is looking for a caring and professional trainer I would recommend Bevin to anyone and everyone. She's the best trainer and nutritionist that I have ever came across.

I've been working out with Fannie for several months now and I've never felt better. She always shows up with a great workout planned and pushes me even when I want to quit. She not only pushes me physically but mentally as well. The workouts are tough but are fun and even when I struggle she finds ways to make it positive. She has a great attitude and always has a smile. Even though she's my trainer I feel like I'm working out with a friend.
Akuda is an awesome trainer! He takes the time to figure out your needs and tailor his process, instead of trying to push his own agenda. He works with me at my own pace and really helps me get out of my comfort zone!
Ryan is an excellent trainer. I hired him to work with my son who was having a hard time passing the Army physical fitness test, especially the running portion. He had taken the test four times and still needed to shave off a minute. Ryan worked with him for three weeks and he passed the test with a minute to spare. Ryan taught him the importance of pacing, proper breathing, correct form, diet, and mental focus. My son really likes him as a person and is very comfortable with his teaching techniques. I'm sure Ryan would be a great fit for anyone needing to improve their performance in any variety of physical endeavors.
