Crissy has taught me Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga. Hatha is the basic entry level yoga, Vinyasa more advanced, and Yin a slower and deeper stretch. Personal favorites are Vinyasa for a good exercise/sweat and Yin for when I'm feeling tight in the hamstrings / lazy. She is very hands-on, outgoing and friendly, and overall excellent teacher who knows the sanskrit words and proper technique/alignments.
The downstairs residential room is great for small and private sessions. Very conveniently located in Woodinville. Highly recommend.
Ian is very thorough and patient. He made sure I was following the proper techniques and maximizing my workout. I love the fact that I get a "homework" sheet for days I am not attending class. Ian is awesome instructor and I have already recommended him to everyone that mentions yoga or working out.

Nina is a great yoga instructor. She is always well prepared for her classes. She is also prepared with modifications to help make the exercises more or less challenging for each person in class. She is very happy and positive while teaching her classes. You can tell she loves what she does! I would highly recommend Nina!
She is an amazingly gifted teacher and people person. She has worked with me for around 5 years as a private yoga coach. She's intuitive about your physical limitations and yet very motivational. She's specially trained for people with different body issues and infirmities. I totally credit her with helping to bring me back to health after major arterial surgery. She is the Best.
Joni was great. She was happy and helpful, very likable personality. She's a great yoga instructor, taking time to explain all the postures to us and make sure we were positioned as best our bodies could be. We will certainly call on her again!
Gabi's handstand private was amazing. She showed me forms of strength in my body that I never knew I had! The private opened up my inversion practice to a whole new level. She is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. I look forward to taking more privates and classes with her in the future!
