I've been training with BreakThru Fitness for a month and so far Adam has exceed my expectations. Not only is he motivating but he ensures you get the most out your sessions. The strength I've gain is unbelievable to me and I only see him twice a week. If you're looking for someone who is motivating and an expert to kick of your fitness journey the right way, breakthru is where it's at. Also, he customizes the sessions to meet your fitness level, so no worries. Plus very affordable! TIP: If you sign up with Adam please take the breaks he gives lol. Every sessions is like you're stepping into your own war but you got it!

When I began training with Dwight, I had a basic concept of fitness and nutrition but I had no clue how each component effected my overall strength, health, and appearance. A lot of trainers just help you get into shape without really teaching the reasoning behind each excercise guide or diet plan they have you following. Well, Dwight is not one of those trainers... he did a great job explaining the "why's" and showing me how everything I was pursuing was directly correlated to achieving my desired results. Dwight also taught me the importance of doing correct technique in each and every excercise which is vital to avoiding injurys. After close to a year of training with him, I compared photos and was so pleased with the progress I had made with his help. He always did an amazing job accommodating my schedule and fitting me in with his! Lastly, and perhaps most importantly, Dwight is a great person (with a good humor) and someone I can call a good friend! I would highly recommend him as a personal trainer. Listen to his suggestions and be consistent and you will see great results of your own!
Have been seeing Drew for personal training for over a year. My strength, endurance and physique have increased/improved significantly, contributing to a better quality of life. Drew knows his stuff; sessions can resemble a science class as Drew explains how the body and nutrients work.
I went for the 2 free sessions and felt good and a tad sore. Can't speak to any long term results just yet, but he is a nice guy and professional. The gym is quiet with a bunch of machines for physical therapy and weight training.
