I offer instruction of a gentle flowing session, encouraging a meditative state where we will be refining the body's mobility, vitality, posture, and tone.
We will invoke the 5 elements of earth, water, fire, air and akasha or spirit in movements of a chi gong lineage for enhanced physical and emotional health, vitality, and strength.
It's about connecting with natural flow within our bodies and to a world without limits.
You will be guided through a gentle and instructive session, integrating the breath with vinyasa asana, yoga therapy, yin yoga and self massage techniques.
I cater for all levels, and modifications are always offered for interested participants.
