Joseph discussed my goals and assessed my physical condition in order to determine my individual needs. He implemented a workout routine based upon my individual needs, changing it through out the program as I showed improvement. He was very courteous and attentive the entire time that I was involved in the program. I highly recommend him as a personal trainer.

I've been working with Joseph for about 2 months and in that time I have been amazed by the strength I have gained in my body. He is very attentive and designs a workout specifically for the areas I want to work on. I've been impressed with his knowledge about the body, his attention to proper form and various modifications to the exercises that exactly fits my needs. Excellent trainer!!!

    That It is not about inflicting the most pain possible! I make workouts enjoyable. After my first workout with a new client I remember she gave me this big smile and said "that was fun." With that said I pushed her and she made great strength gains, achieved weight loss and no longer has back and shoulder tightness when riding her bike.
