I've been working out with Fannie for several months now and I've never felt better. She always shows up with a great workout planned and pushes me even when I want to quit. She not only pushes me physically but mentally as well. The workouts are tough but are fun and even when I struggle she finds ways to make it positive. She has a great attitude and always has a smile. Even though she's my trainer I feel like I'm working out with a friend.

We teach natural riding using the yoga skills learned in our yoga portion of our program. It's all about balance. We believe that yoga helps riders harness their balance and have a better and softer balanced seat when riding. We are also PATH certified to teach special needs people.
