Latest Review: First, I have a schedule that makes it really hard to go to the gym everyday and I actually hate going to the gym. So, when I read about exercise science that you only have to go once a week for 30 minutes, it sounded like a dream! So, I talked to Shelli and decided to give it a try. I have to say that it really works! I have gained strength, muscle tone, and leaned out. It hasn't been easy. The workouts are intense and exhausting but Shelli is there to encourage you and keep you pushing forward. Also, I have cut back on carbs and incorporated more protein in my diet which helps build muscles too. Overall, it's been a wonderful change and couldn't ask for a better trainer.
