This was such a special night! Every bite of food was better than the one before it and all allergies and preferences were well accommodated. She cared for every detail, localized the options, customized the menus for our friend’s baby sprinkle and cleaned everything thoroughly before she left. Separately she was just the sweetest and we couldn’t stop talking about how special the experience was! We’ll definitely use her again if we come back to NOLA!

Holli was incredible. She and her partner were consummate professionals and made our event one to remember. We were hosting in a house we had rented, which presented a few challenges, but Holli gracefully took them in stride and presented a beautiful and delicious meal. I hope to work with her every time I return to New Orleans. Highly recommended.

Holly with DelishNOLA was an absolutely perfect choice for our gathering in Baton Rouge! Her culinary skills are first-rate and she was a pleasure to work with for our event. We had last minute requests which she easily accommodated. She is a gifted chef, and her team was flexible and friendly. Charcuterie, meats, cheeses with fresh fruit, crab dip and steak skewers, then jerk chicken and pineapple pork-chops, sublime desserts, full-on traditional egg and sausage breakfast with outstanding grits and her grandmother 's recipe for perfect biscuits. Finally, to top it all off, bananas foster French toast with bourbon and pecans. In a region of great cuisine, Holly is a great find!
