Working out with Micah and next level fitness has been the best workout program I have ever been on. Within the semi personal training Micah works with each person to help them achieve their goals of weight loss and/or toning. The sessions are tough but fun and micah is always there to support you and help you achieve the best results possible. I have never felt better in such a short period of time.
I first got in touch with Master Cooper when I had to go to New England on business. I didn't want to miss any training/sparring (I do kickboxing in the UK) so I've asked if I could come down to the club. I've had a very warm welcome from everybody, excellent training and great facilities. Kerson was also very helpful when I've asked about my sparring. I've learnt some things that I still use. Since then I got my second Dan black belt, my coaching course completed and came third in a National Competition. We've stayed in touch and as I really value his opinion I still would ask Master Cooper for his opinion. I just wish I was closer so I could always train at NEMA.
I contacted Sylvia a few weeks ago for nutritional advice in order to prepare for two big fitness events that I am participating in this month, both which require me to put the right things in my body in order to have the right amount of energy. This was my second time working with Sylvia and I knew she would not disappoint! Sylvia is incredibly knowledgeable in her field. She is a wonderful listener and really tries to customize the session to what you are looking for. She gave me tips and ideas that were helpful, practical, and easy to implement right away. She made sure I was satisfied and getting what I needed every step of the way. The whole experience is amazing. The instructor has many examples for you to learn from other pro players and the facility is great. Managed to correct many things about my swing and I am hitting the ball more consistently.
