"For the past three years my high school aged son has taken piano lessons from Bulent. In all that time he has been consistently patient, kind, enthusiastic and inspiring. Bulent used every minute to provide the best instruction, correction and encouragement. His love of music is evident as he often shared suggestions and links for video and live performances. His rates are quite reasonable for individual instruction and he is accommodating to scheduling conflicts. I recommend him unreservedly! I have read some of the other positive reviews of Bulent and I can attest to the truthfulness of all of them - there is no exaggeration. Bulent is a remarkable human being and a wonderful teacher." I was a relative beginner to the guitar when I started lessons with Otis. From the first lesson he was patient, encouraging and enthusiastic. He tailors the lessons to the types of music and songs you are interested in. He has a wide range of music knowledge and styles which make him an ideal teacher who can help any student take that first step toward becoming a guitar player or help a seasoned player hone their skills. Highly recommended!

I have been taking classical guitar lessons from Bertrand for a few weeks and am pleased with the progress. Bertrand has a contagious music philosophy and a knack for intertwining genres. He emphasizes music theory beyond the guitar and is constantly interested in the structural foundations of the pieces I play.

Jaime is a uniquely equipped guitar teacher for classical technique. Common bad habits combined with a strong determination to improve, strained young Jaime's hand to the point where it needed surgery. This did not slow him down and now, as a result, adult Jaime is keenly aware of the dangers of improper technique and knows exactly how to correct it when he sees it. He always has exciting song recommendations and tips and tricks for getting the most out of your practice time. It's clear that Jaime loves the guitar and that love has made him an excellent musician and an equally excellent teacher.

Jessica has been amazing for me. First off, she has a very pleasant personality---which is always helpful. I contacted Jessica because I have sleep apnea and read that singing lessons could be helpful in building up the throat muscles and developing better breathing. I have also wanted to take voice lessons so it was two birds with one stone for me. I have been taking weekly lessons for about a month now and am already seeing improvement in both my voice and, more importantly, in my sleep quality. Jessica has gone the extra mile for me in finding voice exercises which will assist in my apnea. She has been doing some online researches and has even ordered a book on the subject. She is fun to work with and it is obvious that this is less about money than it is about her passion for music. Her rates are extremely reasonable and she is generous with her time. I look forward to many more lessons with her and cannot recommend her highly enough. Jessica is a true professional. If you have ever thought about voice lessons you cannot go wrong giving her a call.

Brad is such a wonderful teacher! I started sending my 10-year-old daughter to him in September for the classical guitar and she loves him and her guitar lessons. Brad has really instilled a passion for music in my daughter and I never have to hound her to practice. My son has been listening to his big sister practicing and now wants to play the guitar as well and will start lessons with Brad this September! Brad is a very caring and accommodating teacher! So glad to have found him

I'm in my 80s and am taking jazz lessons from Joyce. She is a friend as well as a teacher. She shares her enthusiasm for music and teaches not just about playing the piano but also about the composers and the ways of personalizing my playing. Taking lessons from her has been a wonderful experience for me. I would recommend her to all age groups as she is so attuned to each person she is teaching. She's a special person.

I have been taking classical guitar lessons with Bill for more than five years. Bill observes me very carefully when I play pieces. He is very perceptive and he makes careful observations about my playing. He has pointed out issues with rhythm, and timing. He has shown me issues I had with hand position. He has commented on performance of the pieces regarding dynamics and bringing out the voices in pieces of music. Bill does not just make observations but he also offers solutions. I have found that his solutions work for me and allow me to resolve issues that I have encountered. I enjoy the lessons very much and I find my studies very gratifying.

I have been working with Gabe for the last three years. I started in college after never having taken voice lessons before. Gabe is always energetic and passionate in our lessons. You can tell he truly loves music and how it can help people express themselves. As a more reserved person it can be difficult to put emotion into the music, but Gabe always finds a way to not only instruct technique but to help you tap into the emotion of the piece. You obviously can't teach someone how to "feel" but Gabe is great at spurring you on to find the extra bit you may be holding back. He also finds a way to mix in some music theory and sight reading tips into the lessons. On top of that he's extremely flexible with his scheduling and offers very reasonable prices.

I can't recommend Jacob highly enough. Not only is he a super nice guy, but he is an excellent teacher. He is patient, dedicated, and very talented. He really listened to what I wanted to get out of lessons, and catered his lesson plans to my desires and goals. He even put together some really helpful videos for me (on his own time)! so I could continue learning at my own pace. Jacob is also very flexible with scheduling. I couldn't be happier with my choice to higher him!

We weren’t sure our 6 year old son was ready to start piano lessons but we thought we would try it. Liana is so professional and treats him like a little grown up. As a result, he acts like a little adult with her and focuses on what she asks of him. In three months, he has learned the notes on the treble and bass clef, is learning the values of the notes and actually tinkers around at home with creating songs. I recommend giving Liana an opportunity to show you what she’s capable of teaching. To top it off, she is a very nice and kind woman.

Adam is a great instructor who makes classical guitar a fun and approachable challenge. Adam uses actual pieces of music as a way to teach fundamentals while also building up your classical guitar repertoire.

My son has been taking lessons here for 10 years and is part of the All Star Band which gives kids/youth the opportunity to experience being in a band and putting on a live show. Lessons have helped him grown into a better musician and given him confidence. Everyone there is so nice and helpful. The instructors are great... I recommend them to everyone who asks where my son takes lessons.

Jonathan has taught my young son piano lessons for two years and it’s been an incredibly positive experience. He is a very knowledgeable and patient teacher, and it is a pleasure to watch him work with my son, with his engaging blend of instruction, encouragement, guidance, and good humor. His passion for music and for teaching is always evident; I've witnessed my son begin to develop his own appreciation for music, while his skills have also grown tremendously under Jonathan’s tutelage. I highly recommend Jonathan for anyone interested in learning piano!

The lessons and assignments are challenging but productive and fun. On top of that, he's friendly, easy-going, and flexible with scheduling. Would recommend!

I've only just begun working with Martin, but I think we're off to a great start. I have very little by way of formal instruction, so I have a lot to learn, and I'm glad I've decided to take lessons, even though I'm in my 30s. Martin is very knowledgeable and patient, and his piano is just so lovely.

It was through a friend/neighbor's recommendation that my son started piano/voice lessons with Sunny five+ years ago. Since then, we have recommended Sunny to many of our friends and neighbors with children of all ages, from school age to high school. She's an outstanding teacher, patient but firm, and a very talented musician in her own right. My son has grown into a fine musician and performer, thanks to her encouragement and guidance.
