I stumbled upon Boston Event Diva's while planning my wedding and I can honestly say that hiring Jen was the best and easiest decision I made throughout the planning process. She was so easy to work with, incredibly accommodating and made all of my visions & dreams come to life. While I only used her as my florist, I urge anyone needing a wedding day coordinator to hire Jen as well. The amount of time and effort that she put into the bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages and all the ceremony & reception arrangements leads me to believe that she puts her entire heart into her work... and you in return will have the most beautiful wedding from start to finish. I can not say enough great things about Boston Event Diva's. Plus, one week after my wedding I still have a beautiful and healthy hydrangea centerpiece sitting on the island in my kitchen still looking as beautiful as they did on the day of my wedding!

John was great to work with and accomadating to all of our last minute requests, as is the case with many corporate events. His team was professional, punctual, and able to adapt to catering in a unique "non kitchen" atmosphere. The guests loved all of the food and the presentation and many asked for his business card! We hope he gets some calls from our event!

Belle was amazing! As an event planner, I had turned to Belle to help me bring my client's vision to a reality and she came through 100%! She listened to my needs and offered her expertise and together came up with a great design. She came early the day of the event and set up with her team and then took down afterwards....I felt spoiled as she handled everything. Will defiantly work with her again!! Chef Malone and staff are awesome! Malone Catering catered our wedding on 9/28. We had a casual buffet style dinner. The guests RAVED about how good the food was! The quality of the food was exceptional! Chef Marty & staff were all very friendly, professional and attentive. We really couldn't have asked for anything more! We even have some friends and family who want to use Malone Catering for future events! Outstanding quality and service, you can't go wrong!

Yvonne was simply amazing! From the initial contact and all the follow up, her professionalism and execution left nothing for want. We wanted to have our wedding at our family farm, which required more planning than a typical venue, and she was lock-step with us the entire way, from an early visit to scope the property and plan logistics, to suggestions for vendors along the way, to ultimately delivering a fantastic, unforgettable day for our 180+ guests. She made the day run so smoothly, corralling people into the right places at the right times (which was a feat given our venue had multiple rooms and lots of outdoor space), while making sure my now husband and I were taken care of and felt great. I cannot describe how thankful I am to have had her help on our wedding day, and would absolutely recommend her to anyone getting married in the area (or who is willing to fly her out) :)

I would highly recommend Cathy. This was my 1st time using an event planner and she has now spoiled me. I will never plan these type of events on my own again, and will only use her! My daughter was beyond thrilled with how she put together her Sweet 16, and my daughter is extremely hard to please. She delivered on everything we discussed and more. People from the venue where we held this party were peaking their heads in to admire the work she did setting up. And one of my daughter's friend's mother said my daughter has now set the bar high for a party. Thank you, thank you , thank you Cathy!

Kelly did the day of coordination for my wedding, and all the pre-work to prepare for the day. She helped find additional staff, suggest vendors, and essentially anything I asked of her. Kelly was truly amazing and saved my wedding in so many ways! From the moment I hired Kelly, she gave me peace of mind and assurance that everything will be perfect. There is a lot of effort and coordination that goes into making a wedding, Kelly was right there with me along the way. As somebody who has orchestrated many events, she gave thoughtful suggestions to ensure my event was planned perfectly. She was always in contact, answered all my emails promptly, and calmed every worry and question I had prior to my wedding. She went over my plan and wishes in great detail to ensure she knew exactly what I wanted and how I wanted everything. The day of she was a wedding saver. I got everything I planned executed as requested and the event ran without any issues (at least none I was award of), Kelly did that great of a job. I spent my wedding day dancing, enjoying the wedding I dreamed of, and visiting my family and friends, while Kelly worked extremely hard to ensure everything went as planned. She did an outstanding job and my wedding day was beyond my expectations. Thank you Kelly for everything that you did and all the things I don't know about, you were truly one of the best decisions I made during my wedding planning!

Everyone needs the Professional Maid of Honor at their wedding or event! Katelynn took initiative in so many ways before and on the day of my wedding. Leading up to the event, Katelynn was a great listener. She heard and understood what I envisioned for the day when other people didn't, she helped me think thorough back up plans in case of rain, and when the day came she coordinated everything seamlessly. It's true what everyone says, your wedding day flys by! Having Katelynn there allowed my husband and I to spend more time chatting with our guests. While we were enjoying ourselves, Katelynn made sure the day flowed as planned. She started the transition from cocktail hour to dinner, made sure our speakers were ready to give their toasts, transitioned us into the dance hall after dinner, and so much more. I could go on forever about all the helpful things Katelynn did on our wedding day. What I loved most about working with her was her fun and positive attitude. She took on every change or task without hesitation. Any stress or worry we had about the wedding day running smoothly disappeared once we found and talked with Katelynn. I would recommend The Professional Maid of Honor to anyone and everyone! You will not be disappointed when you hire Katelynn. We hired Adam/Advanced Production and Design for design/decorating/lighting for our daughter's outdoor tent wedding. I wanted a stately, high end look that was affordable. I presented pictures with my wish list and was looking for direction that would accomplish the look I was going for. Adam's professionalism and experience was apparent from our first correspondence. He guided me towards a design that was absolutely perfect for the look that I wanted to achieve. After receiving the proposal and deciding on the final design I had a 100% confidence that I had the right production company. The look was exactly what I wanted and more. It was the icing on the cake and in between!!! Not only was it absolutely beautiful but the ambiance he created set an amazing mood that was beyond my vision. I would recommending Adam and Advanced Production and Design to anyone looking for high quality service and design for any event they are planning. I received a lot more food than I thought. It was perfect, because I didn't know how many people were going to show up to this event. I was very happy with the surprise fruit salad. I heard a lot of compliments from guests on your potato salad, one quote was "Your potato salad is the *edited* BOMB!" Then I got "Hot damn this chicken falls off the bone, that's when you know it's good!" No, Michelle, I didn't take credit. :) I did tell loads of people who had catered the event. :) Thank you...very much.

My fiancee and I had one simple request to keep our wedding planning and wedding day stress free. Amanda has more than exceeded our expectations. She saved us a lot of money, providing props, design recommendations, averted so many foreseeable crises months before the wedding started. She was flexible with my family's needs, and collaborated with my in-laws in wedding preparations. She ended every call with "Let me know if you can think of anything else you need..." She missed our rehearsal dinner after our rather awful florist messed up our flowers last minute. Amanda was almost like a part of our family, honoring both my needs and my family's, finding peaceful solutions where she could. The wedding turned was like a fairytale. For someone as laidback and almost absent in my wedding planning, Amanda stepped up and turned what I thought was going to be a beautiful day into an extraordinary experience for me and my now husband! Phedora did an outstanding job at my wife 40th birthday party. Jessica planned my bachelorette in Charleston, SC and it was perfect! With all of us living in the northeast, she communicated with everyone about flights, where we were staying, restaurants, and bars to go to. Jessica found all the best spots from hole-in-the-wall restaurants to the most popular bars. She called ahead to make reservations when needed and really kept the party going all weekend long.
