I have had many Reiki treatments with Roberta over the past 15 years. She has taught me self-love,acceptance of myself and others and to always think of what my higher self needs. I have also attended many meditation classes she has held. The soft music, the lit candles and her soft loving voice add so much to the experience. I highly recommend her unique power of healing.

I first visited one of Trivia's group classes and was totally blown away. I chose to analyze a recurring dream from my childhood (it was one of those nightmares that stuck with me), and I had a huge insight from that time in my life. Tz has a very unique way of interpreting dreams, and for me, that's faster than therapy !

Testimonial: Individual Therapy A bit less than a year ago, following a series of unfortunate events in my life, I had reached a really low point. Emotionally, mentally and physically drained, I knew that I needed to find the strength to continue living, and out of sheer desperation, I finally reached out to Rita, It was the best decision I ever made. Over the past 10 months, she has helped me experience growth that for me was unimaginable. In a loving and compassionate manner, she has helped me to identify both the destructive behavior patterns that led to my subsequent bouts of depression as well as the traumatic events and family history that contributed to the creation of these destructive patterns. Most importantly, she has taught me how to change these destructive patterns and replace them with positive, healthy, self-affirming ones. In less than a year, Rita has positively influenced almost every aspect of my life. I am learning to identify and arrest addictive behaviors, replace negative thought patterns with positive self-talk and eliminate unhealthy behaviors and toxic people from my life. I am practicing self-love and becoming my “best self.” As a result, my marriage and family relationships have improved and my career continues to blossom. I have lost over 45 pounds and I am finally learning what it means to be truly happy, healthy and whole -- mind, body and spirit. I am learning to clearly identify my goals and attain them. I totally attribute my growth to working with Rita. There is an old saying: “The sick mind doesn’t know that it’s sick.” Whether it is in your personal or professional life, Rita's incredible talent lies in her ability to assist you with identifying (and sometimes just acknowledging) the source of your pain or whatever it is that may be holding you back. More importantly, she accompanies you on the path of self-healing, and provides the tools necessary to complete the journey. That is Rita’s gift to her clients. It is a gift that is priceless. --Anonymous in Massachusetts

My partner and I have been "seeing" David for over a year. He is, quite simply, outstanding. He does not take sides, he listens, he is thoughtful and he provides real life ways to attempt to overcome various obstacles that can sometimes get in the way of finding happiness as a couple. David is dependable in that he is always ready for us. He is also flexible in that if we have to change an appointment, he can generally accommodate, with enough notice. He often sends follow-up emails after our sessions with videos or readings we might want to look into that will assist us on our journey. Throughout my life, I have pursued counseling or therapy maybe five different times. Overall, I was never really impressed with the experience and did not really feel like the visits made a difference. As a result of seeing David, I believe our relationship has changed positively on many levels, in particular, our communication skills have improved. David has been a catalyst for much of this growth and positive change. I would recommend him without hesitation.

My husband and I started seeing Kerry Lusgnan at Northampton Center for Couples Therapy six months ago in serious crisis. We were on the verge of splitting up due to ongoing conflict that we were unable to work through by ourselves or with another therapist. We barely recognize ourselves as a couple anymore. We rarely argue and if we do it is resolved immediately. Not only have we learned and integrated new skills, we now have a level of love and respect that we were not sure was possible before we started. Not only are we more loving and happy in our marriage, we have the best sex ever and we feel much happier in all areas in of our lives.

Hypnosis REALLY works! Finally, at my wits end, and having bitten and picked at my fingernails and cuticles since I can remember (over 40 years), I decided to try hypnosis to try to stop this embarrassing habit. I was so embarrassed to draw any attention to my hands. Though disappointed that the first session resulted in no change that I could sense, after returning to Richard for a second session a week later, I am totally blown away!!! Since then I have had absolutely NO urges to attack my nails or skin around them. I am just amazed, and wish now that I had tried this long before now. One month, and a manicure later, my hands look great and I can finally wear my grandmother's diamond engagement ring! Expect to give it a second chance if it doesn't work the first time. Hypnosis worked for me!

About

I have over 15 years of providing confidential and supportive therapy to individuals and couples who struggle to create more satisfying, enjoyable lives and relationships. The people I work with achieve a greater understanding of what they want and need as well as improve their skills at communicating these to family and friends. I have expertise in EMDR treatment of trauma, Gottman marital therapy and the treatment of people suffering from anxiety and depression. I am not on any insurance panels but will provide statements that can be submitted for insurance reimbursement for those people who have out of network benefits and wish to use their insurance. Many of the people I see choose to pay out of pocket to preserve confidentiality and control of their mental health care.

I have 23 years of experience as a massage therapist and have extensive knowledge in using raw foods to heal and cleanse the body. Utilizing energy healing as a part of the program, my clients receive that as an added bonus. My love for and of people and this work is a blessing. Having used internal cleansing, fasting and having had a colon hydrotherapy practice for years have given me a tremendous amount of insight into why people who often seek bodywork are suffering unnecessarily with many ailments. Sharing what I've learned from my own healing journey and my years of observance, self-education, and counseling clients makes what I have to offer unique. I look forward to working with you.
