I had requested Anita's help with a private yoga session. She was wonderful. The postures were explained in detail and she helped understand how they work. I'm glad I could meet her and get her help. It would be helpful if a follow-up email or a list of names of the postures was provided so that it could be written down and practiced. Hannah is an incredible yoga teacher. She is inspiring, compassionate, and wise. Her innate capacity to care for each of her students and herself shines in her yoga classes. I wish I lived closer to Hannah so I could attend her classes as often as possible. She raises my vibration, reminds me of my power, and creates a magical space for her students to grow and transform. She also provides a thorough practice...working with the energy of each unique group, she guides students through poses that give attention to all important parts of the body, and her class leaves the body relaxed, strengthened, and balanced. I highly recommend her as a teacher.

I have been having lessons with Kathryn for about a month now and I greatly enjoy the experience. I went into it not knowing anything about Yoga, and my knowledge has grown a lot. I thought I would only want one or two private lessons and then occasional lessons, but I look forward to them every single week now! I have been challenged in such a rewarding way and have increased my knowledge in the basic foundation of yoga! Totally recommend!
