"A very motivating trainer, with alot of experience. We started my training with a thorough evaluation of my current fitness level. The exercises were tough, but special attention was paid to my knees, which troubled me for years. I have since overcome knee problems, and feel stronger than ever.
Part 2 was the nutrition phase. I followed my meal plans closely, and have lost 44lbs so far, while adding lean muscle.
I have better posture, mobility, and increased flexibility.
My goal for 2016 is to continue my weight loss goal of 92 total pounds. I could never have gotten so far without signing up with this trainer."
