This is my second time around working with Tammy. It was about 3-4 years ago she got me in the best shape and health of my life! Battling with Rheumatoid Arthritis and on numerous medications. Somehow we powered through it all and came out on the other side stronger, healthier, 35 pounds lighter, and best off, NO MEDICATIONS or PAIN since!!!!!!!!!! As life has it, I started to slip with my routine (but still pain/medication free) so we have signed on again. This time is with my husband. He has been battling many health issues and also has an herniated disc. Tammy has been absolutely amazing in guiding him to better health and strength all the while with me working along side too. Training together has been a great, new and even fun experience for us. They always say it's best to have a work out buddy and to have that buddy be my hubby is even better! Tammy has made all the work, pain, training, and workouts somehow awesome! Her personality somehow just shines through no matter what and although some things can be difficult to push through she makes them somehow seem easier. I am forever grateful for her guidance, nurturing, education, expertise but mostly her sense of humor and friendship! I just feel there is no better way to go if you are truly serious about your health and getting fit. She is there for you ONLY as she builds what is best and safest for you and guides you step by step to getting healthier and fit THE PROPER WAY! For us, it's even sweeter as we train together at home with Tammy and the only equipment we use is our free weights, (our own body resistance) and the treadmill! :) Our sincere appreciation and gratitude to Tammy for giving us "early" fifty year olds another lease in life in getting fit and healthy. The education, proper guidance and physical fitness you gain is priceless!!!

Doug is a great professional trainer with whom I've worked for over a year. He works within the boundaries of the client's health and physical needs, but also encourages you to work to your own potential. He also has a great knowledge of anatomy and physiology. I highly recommend him!

I worked with Ryan for two months, during which time he helped me transform from 'skinny fat' to fit! I'm now 32, and I have not felt this good in a bathing suit since high school. Through coaching me on healthy eating and a combination of weight training and cardio, Ryan finally helped me gain strength and lose the bulk or my back and stomach fat (other areas too, but those were my biggest problem areas), which had been slowing increasing for years. I also benefitted immensely from Ryan's PT background in ways I didn't even anticipate. Working with someone who truly understands the body's mechanisms made a tremendous difference for me, as Ryan was able to help me safely work around an injury I sustained unrelated to training, and get me back to 100%. I would definitely still be contending with this injury were it not for Ryan's guidance and expertise. I started with Ryan admittedly just wanting to look better, and came away not only having accomplished that, but feeling a million times better as well. Most importantly, Ryan is committed to my success not only while training with him, but for the long term. My only regret is not doing this sooner. When I first met Cara, I knew I wanted to work with her. We got along, and I loved her energy. Her 18+ year experience shows in her knowledge about meal plans, posing and workouts. I had given her a tough task to compete in my first show 6 weeks out. Some said it wasn't possible, but I was confident that she would get me there in a safe and healthy way. She really cares about training her clients the right way, preserving muscle and cutting the fat, and eating! Every time I had a question or reached out to her, she was responsive, no matter what time it was. The day of my competition, she specially requested a breakfast for me, hand delivered it to my hotel room, and rushed back to the hotel room when I realized I forgot my jewelry. She always went that extra mile. Long story short, I reached my competition body fat/weight goal in time. I can't wait to start training again for my next shows with Cara! I highly recommend her to anyone who is competing in their first show, or who is thinking about switching to a new coach.
Dennis is by far the most supportive and motivating coach out there! Not only does he push me past my limits, but he constantly reminds his clients how awesome they are and how much success they are achieving. I have really enjoyed working out with Dennis for the past 6 years and this had created my love for the gym and has inspired me to get my personal training certification. Dennis is the best of the best and I don't think I could train with anyone else. I have recommended him to anyone who asks me about training and will continue to do so!

Cheryl's impact on my life has been both pivotal and immeasurable. She is a fantastic practitioner, who conveys her love, her being into each and every class that she guides. Her ability to help one self-navigate their practice is both unique and unmatched. Her classes are always exceptional and her encouragement challenges me to push myself, physically and mentally, into new postures and new states of thinking and acceptance. As an athlete, and instructor, and trainer, I find her classes rigorous, dynamic, and well-paced. Her knowledge, modifications, and gentleness have allowed me to continue my practice despite health issues that make it physically difficult to move. I spoke to many life coaches during my search for a coach, before I talked to Marc, and even during my first phone conversation with him, I knew he was the one I was going to choose. This is because of his startling directness. He was unique and the insights he shared with me on his interpretation of my behavior were profound and I left our first conversation with a different perspective. He put a lot of effort into contacting me via different avenues (phone, email, and other websites). Then when I was dragging my feet on filling out the paperwork he sent me and didn't complete it by the time I had said I would, he surprised me by telling me that he was disappointed and used it as the first lesson in accountability and respectng others' time. He said that if I'm looking for a "comfortable" coach, he isn't the one for me. However, after I learned Marc's style, I do feel very comfortable with sharing things with him and getting his advice. He isn't like other coaches in that you feel your sessions are very tailored specifically to what you want them to be about. He doesn't let you ramble on about the problem or 'how that makes you feel' but keeps the conversations focused to make the most out of every session. He has flexibility about whether sessions are done in person or on the phone but he does encourage meeting in person every couple weeks. His price is very affordable for the personalized and effective work he does. I recommend Marc to anyone who is ready to see themselves for who they really are and make changes to a better life with more clarity. Heather invested in getting to know the real me. Ive never been a natural athlete, so my confidence in what I could accomplish wasnt the greatest. Heather helped me set realistic goals, and pushed me through my doubts and early struggles. She holds me accountable but is also my loudest cheerleader. Her background in health education is a big motivator and bonus for people like me who always want to know why she explains everything beautifully.
Chad is an excellent trainer and a great person to work with. He works with and challenges you to achieve your goals. He also tests out exercises on himself before the session. Since starting training with Chad, I have experienced improved health and great results.
