Nancy has been a great help in my quest to lose weight! Every time I go, I get a little stronger and a little leaner. She is encouraging and very understanding when I am getting close to medical treatments and cannot physically do an exercise, she will revamp the workout so that I finish and feel accomplished. It takes dedication to see results, but it you follow her guidelines for diet and exercise on off days, she will help you get where you want to be. I highly recommend Nancy and Simply Fit Personal Training to anyone looking to get into better shape!
Before I went to Michelles boot camp classes, I had never tried anything more than walking and jogging. Going to a gym only made me feel more insecure and just wasnt my scene. When Im in Michelles boot camp class, I have more confidence and can completely be myself. Im surrounded by great women who come from varying athletic backgrounds. It doesnt matter if you have never run or played a sport in your life. Michelle shows you how to correctly do each exercise and tailors each one based on your individual fitness level. Shes a very positive coach who provides a lot of encouragement to keep going, even when you dont think you can go any further. Michelle is an excellent trainer who believes in your full potential and helps you reach your fitness goals.
Working out with Micah and next level fitness has been the best workout program I have ever been on. Within the semi personal training Micah works with each person to help them achieve their goals of weight loss and/or toning. The sessions are tough but fun and micah is always there to support you and help you achieve the best results possible. I have never felt better in such a short period of time.
Beach boot camp is so much fun. Every session is different and we incorporated weights, dumbbells, kettlebells, and games to change it up. You're outside getting a great work out and fresh air, and not stuck inside of a gym looking at the back of someone else's head on the machine in front of you. I actually look forward to boot camp every time. Now I can do more reps than when I started and I don't get so easily out of breath anymore! I would highly recommend this to anyone at any level of fitness! Thanks Jodi!
Jessi is the whole package ~ she takes a holistic approach to health, fitness and weight loss. I always focused either on exercise, or counting calories or giving up carbs or low fat diets. Never on an integrated approach. With Jessi, I have learned to love healthy but at the same time very tasty foods, so my eating habits have been completely changed. I don't feel deprived because I can't have french fries - I can, just not every day.. and when I am not eating french fries, I am eating orata (a yummy flaky fish) with roasted brussels sprouts, or a tasty shrimp (lots) and pasta (little) meal. I am making sure that exercise is part of my lifestyle as opposed to working out to get in shape for that special occasion. Now with 45 lbs less of me dressing everyday is a special occasion and I am eating well too so that eating is a special event every day.. thanks Jessi!!!
I love working with Jaime! The boot camp class that she runs at Southside is a great mix of strength and cardio exercises. She always incorporates new and challenging workouts to keep us interested and to help us see the best results possible. I would definitely recommend joining the class or working with Jaime to anyone looking to switch things up and get results!
Evolve with SHELLEY! This is a great workout ALL the time. Shelley is a great coach and an even better person. She won't bark or bite but it will be a great workout leaving you tired and energized at the same time. I miss Evolve!

I've been working out with Mike and CYBBC since June 2011. I'm a 41 year old male. When I started the workouts I was 198 lbs and now I'm at 183 lbs and feeling better than ever. I've had personal trainers; done the back bi's, chest, tri's workouts; and had a gym membership that gets inconsistent use. What makes Mike's program so effective is that he sets a specific weight goal for you, gives you a simple diet plan; is a workout coach and nutritional advisor for all clients. This is way more than a basic workout class taught by your local gym. I thought I was eating right and working out the right way to lose weight before joining CYBBC. The workouts push you to do the extra 20% effort that you could never do on your own. That extra 20% effort is what gets results. I haven't been in this kind of shape since high school. I'm stronger, faster and have loads more energy. Mike taught me what is takes. And it works.
Kathy has personal trained me and I have also taken her group exercise classes including spinning, weight training, kickboxing, boot camp, etc., for many years. I love working with her because she pushes you to work hard and gives you the confidence you need to go the distance. She is also very knowledgeable with injuries and knows how to stretch and exercise the body to prevent injuries and also aid in their healing. I had a sore back once while training with her and she knew exactly what to do. I give her 5 stars because she has taken me above and beyond my goals.
I am a 25 year old former athlete who "fell off the exercise wagon" for some time. I've been taking boot camp style classes with Rachel for the past 6 months or so. Not only has Rachel helped me lose about 15 pounds, but because of her workouts I feel stronger and more confident with my body. Not to mention that our classes our always a blast! Rachel keeps us motivated throughout the workout even on days when we all may be feeling a little tired. She is always kind and flexible with my schedule and I highly recommend her as a personal or group trainer.
I worked out with them at my house for a span of 6 months and was able to obtain the results I was looking for. Will, had me keep a food diary and would should it to him weekly for him to review. I wrote down the time of the day that I ate and portion sizes. I didn't like doing it at first, but once I realized that I had to show someone what I was eating made me think twice before eating it. I recently moved out of the area, so when they told me about the online boot camp program they were launching I signed up right away. Over the years I had gone through a lot of trainers from either them leaving the gym I was at or me changing gyms. When they told me I could still train with them even though I wasn't in the area anymore by joining their online program I was excited. Without them I wouldn't of achieved my weight loss goals and the new found confidence in how I feel.
Whenever I saw Emanuel's Before and After photo's I said if he can go from 300 pounds to 200 when I first met him. I said there was some hope for me. I wanted to loose about 30 pounds. I lost 27 pounds total. I was pleased with my results. I went from size 20 in my clothes to a size 10. I was SHOCKED (in a good way) with my results. Then I stopped working out thinking I can maintain it on my own. I was wrong and gained all and more of my weight back. I am now back at Unified Fitness working out Faithfully enjoying Boot Camp with my fellow team members. We all have such a great time and I see everyone's Total Body Transformation.
