Where to start...from our first contact to the seeing the kitchen totally clean after cooking the most fabulous food and serving at our party of 100 or intimate dinner for 14-it was all perfection. I can't wait for the next event-my only fear-Renee will become so sought after that she may be busy.....I know to book way in advance!
Chef arrived early to set up his tools of the trade and presented guests with a delicious charcuterie board. Out in-home cooking class was great fun and introduced techniques and flavors for all!

I've been enjoying food that Christopher prepares for many years. He can make all the things that I like to eat and more. I recently had a dinner party and hired him as my personal chef. All the guests at the table were real foodies and loved the dishes he prepared that evening. I've also attended group cooking classes he has given in the past and have taken private one-on-one classes to learn specific kitchen skills and recipes I now make on my own. Serge is an extremely talented cook. He puts his heart and soul into the process, that seems so easy when he does it but so difficult to replicate! The end result: amazing dishes, so flavorful, tasty. Unusual combination of ingredients, interesting preparations! He also puts a great emphasis on cooking healthy, which is extremely important for most of us! Serge is not only a great cook, but also a very patient teacher, he enjoys the teaching and enjoys cooking for everyone.
I highly recommend Don. He is very effective at creatively combining different flavors and cooking styles that always work well together.
I took two cooking classes with Ana. For someone like me, who feels as comfortable in the kitchen as in outer space, my experience with Ana was eye-opening. She teaches with patience, care, and attention to detail. Her good humor helped me relax through the preparation of a three-course dinner... Twice!! I feel more confident in my kitchen, and now I dare to experiment with more than scrambled eggs. Thank you, Ana!
Brian hosted a supper club meal, and everything was amazingly delicious. The food kept coming, from appetizers to main courses to dessert. It was all amazing! There were a lot of people and he seemed calm and collected throughout. I would hire Brian for any event in a minute.

Really enjoyed the basic cooking course at Brookline Adult and Community Education. I learned a lot about cooking a large variety of foods and the best part was enjoying our delicious creations! Jackie was knowlegeable and made every session fun!

Gwyn came to give my 23 year old son some cooking lessons today and she was fantastic. My son lives with roommates who take turns cooking dinner and I thought cooking lessons would make a nice Christmas gift. Prior to meeting at our home kitchen, Gwyn was very helpful by providing an extensive list of meals and entrees that she could teach. My son reviewed the list and selected 6 things that appealed to him. Gwyn then sent a grocery list of items to have on hand when she arrived. The first lesson was 4 hours long and Gwyn taught my son how to make: Shepard's Pie; Spicy Sesame Noodles; and Chicken Chili. Each involved a different skill set and all were DELICIOUS. The entire event was educational, productive and very worthwhile. We are looking forward to another lesson in a couple of weeks and are confident it will be another excellent learning experience. Gwyn is an experienced chef who graduated from Culinary School and is also a very pleasant, accessible teacher. The entire exercise has been far better than I could have imagined. Outstanding in every category! My son really appreciated all of her tips and lessons, as well as her kind manner.
