Andre is a very experienced professional who turned an otherwise ordinary CPR training session into a super fun, informative and enjoyable experience! I enjoyed the inviting atmosphere he created for my wife and I to learn CPR, and would definitly recommend him to anyone who wants to train for CPR classes. He requested a very reasonable price, and I feel as though it was money well spent!

If you're looking for an intense workout to keep yourself healthy and in good shape, but you're not motivated to do it yourself I highly recommend Kyie Tatum. I have been working out with Kyie for the past year and he does nothing but push me and encourage me to get in great shape. Kyie helps you with your diet, shows you how to lift properly, and how to stay healthy. Not only does Kyie sit on the side lines motivating you to have a great workout, but he jumps in and works out with you as well. Not only is the training great, but also it's a great price and you get more then what you pay for. Again I highly recommend anyone who wants to get in the best shape of their lives and needs some help doing it to take a trip down to New England Fitness Compound and give Kyie a visit.
Ive been training with Lou for a little over two months now after stumbling upon Thumbtack and couldnt be happier with my decision on going forward with training with him. Starting off Im by no means a fitness freak or an athlete, just wanted to get into better shape to improve doing the activities I enjoy such as hiking. After working with Lou for this short amount of time Ive seen amazing gains in my endurance and strength, Ive revisited locations that Ive hiked and its crazy how much the training has assisted in my ability to carry more weight and trek longer distances. As others have stated Lou is extremely knowledgeable, which is proven through his individually customized programs for each session making each work-out new, never boring and positively challenging. The guy just really knows his craft, hell explain every maneuvers benefits to the physiological level. On top of this Lou is like your nutritional guide book, you have a question about something he knows the answer or he will find it for you. This is great for when you need help (like myself) on altering your diet and what foods to try to lose weight and get the most out of your workouts. I have to echo what others have said in terms of recommending Lou for anybody, not only because of what Ive listed above but because he takes training seriously (in a good way) and makes sure you do not injure yourself and performing everything with proper weight/technique. I guess I could write more but truly, give him a shot you wont regret it.
I have been training with Johnny for six months now. It has been an awesome experience! I had been away from training and lifting for many years. Johnny got be back into the groove again! He has taken an over weight, 49 year old mess and delivered amazing results. I have muscle, definition, and have greatly improved my overall strength. Johnny is extremely knowledgeable in the human anatomy. He has a well mapped out plan detailed uniquely for each clients goals. For me, he combines power/strength development with muscle development through hypertrophy training. Trust me, IT WORKS! I am now hooked! My goal was to work with Johnny for 3 - 4 months. Well, he is so good I am in it for the long haul! I train with Johnny 3 days a week and 1 -2 days on my own. He got me to believe in myself again! I can physically see that I can still make major changes in muscle development and improve my overall physique. I highly recommend Johnny! He is not intimidating at all... he makes you feel comfortable and explains each exercise and routine thoroughly. Not to mention, he is just an overall great guy! Thanks Man! Nancy is great. I have always dreaded exercising and breaking a sweat. It always seemed boring and complicated. Nancy switches it up and makes fun! She pays attention to how you're feeling and pushes you to do better. I will definitely continue training with her.
Trent is a very professional trainer , he is always on time , very flexible and always easy to reach. During the first consultation all questions were answered letting me know what to expect. I started training with him 3 weeks ago and he helped me a lot with building my body and keep me strong. You should expect to have a hard workout with him , but the most interesting thing about working with Trent that he's always changing the way of the workouts , so every time you are doing a new workout so you can't get boring. I will have him as my personal trainer untill the last day of my vacation here.
I started training with Will in the first week of January . Not just as a New Years resution but more like a lifestyle change. I explained my weakness to him about sticking to a plan and committing to working out alone. So we started of right away with training 2/3 times a week and a complete nutritional change. I must admit I was skeptical but more because I never had been able to stick it out for longer than 2 weeks. I Lost 13 lbs in the first 3 weeks. I gained so much energy and drive to stay healthy and focused. Thanx to Will who makes it fun and torture at the same time to work out. He is def strickt and keeps pushing you to the end and 2 more . I wouldn't be able to stay focused unless I get pushed like that. Anybody who wants to train hard and take this serious Will is your guy. I just signed up for the second term. I highly recommend Will .
Love working with Mica! I was working out at equinox and was paying way too much for training. The trainers seemed to be quite novice as well, nothing compared to her. I needed someone to kick my butt and help me with my nutrition and she did just that by starting me with an alternate food list. Training with her is the best part of my day. She's amazing.
They were very thorough and knowledgeable on all topics discussed. Also customer service and online pay options were very simple and clear. I would not only have them come out again for a training but I'll be sure to refer them to others in the future!
During the most difficult year of my life one of the best things happened to me - I found Ross as a personal trainer. When I started working with Ross I didnt believe in myself or in the ability to change my life. From day 1 Ross invested in me, believed in me and cared enough to develop my workouts. I had trained with others in the past and this made me appreciate the difference you feel when you are working with a true professional who is dedicated to his job 24/7. Before I started training with Ross I had an injury and he monitored that making sure I could work out appropriately until it fully healed. He watches form and technique to ensure you dont get injured and that you maximize gains and changes your training at each session so nothing becomes too routine or boring. Each session goes by so quickly and if you arrived at the gym in a bad mood or having a tough day you will definitely leave in great form and with more confidence. Im not sure how he turns my day around in 45 mins but he definitely does! Ross goes above and beyond to facilitate workouts. He is flexible with times and is really and truly invested in his clients. I have always felt like he works towards my goals at a pace that works for me so I am challenged but never over-worked or overwhelmed. He is a really low-key, likable, under-stated person who takes on board goals, gives lots of information and customizes workouts on the basis of things I like and dislike. When I started working with Ross I was in pretty bad shape. He has motivated me to look at my lifestyle and make changes that have resulted in weight loss, better health status and happiness and I know I am still just starting out in terms of the possibilities. Unlike many trainers, he has motivated me to stick with training and I now look forward to my workouts. So, if you have tried to stick with exercise plans without success previously you need to work out with Ross and see the difference. He is the right person to show you it can be done. If youre looking for a fun, productive workout with an enthusiastic, motivated, very patient and personable personal trainer then you really need to meet Ross.

Jim helped me feel confidant and healthy for my summer wedding! I am an exercise obsessed 27 year old. When I came to Jim I was bored of my routine and looking for an extra push to feel my best for my upcoming wedding. Jim taught me a new skill set using weights and interval cardio training. For years I was only focused on cardio, never aware of the toning and strength that weight training provides. Jim was an excellent teacher, he was flexible, knowledgable and prepared. I would recommend him to anyone no matter your needs and fitness experience.
I'm not a fan of the gym (or working out in general) so looked around for in-home personal training options. I figured if someone was going to show up at my house, I'd be less likely to find excuses. I found NLF and signed up for the $20 trial session. I felt more comfortable training with a woman so selected Myra to train me. I really liked the trial session so when the president of the company called to see if I'd want to keep training, I decided to go for it. He helped me try to find a program that was within my budget and has been very helpful throughout my membership. Myra has been an amazing trainer, mixing things up each week and even making a modified routine for me after I had to have a minor medical procedure. Personal training is rather pricey but NLF seems to be on par for other in-home training programs I've seen. And if you sign up for a longer period of time, each session is less expensive. If you want to workout at home, I highly recommend NLF (and Myra).
His amazing !!! I normally quit any type of exercise easily due to not knowing what to do with the equipment, but Tom is very informative about every workout . He easily notice my weak points and has been helping me get stronger . I really like training with him , because his so down to earth and really does his best to push you to the very end . I also have a weak ankle which was due to an injury from high school and he was able to find workouts and stretches that will improve my ankle. He really cares about his clients . No matter what level you are in you won't be disappointed, trust me . I highly recommend Tom . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I’ve worked with Danielle and found her very knowledgeable and caring. We concentrated on balance and flexibility and targeting specific muscle groups. Her workouts are fun and challenging but always different which made training something to look forward to instead of a chore.
Chad is an excellent trainer and a great person to work with. He works with and challenges you to achieve your goals. He also tests out exercises on himself before the session. Since starting training with Chad, I have experienced improved health and great results.
Paul is an excellent personal trainer. He has introduced me to a wide range of exercises, provided helpful instruction on maintaining a healthy lifestyle, and always challenges me to do my best.
